Well, it’s not 5 stars. But my experience was pretty clear, they explained to me everything in English and helped a lot.

I was treated like garbage, I had the best time ever.

Au cours de plusieurs expériences, j'ai toujours été accueilli avec compétence et serviabilité.

Le personnel est aimable, souriant et à l écoute. Le bâtiment est agréable.

Très très très très très long pour une demande de passeport. Armez vous de patience. Acceuil aimable

Queuing machines don’t work, I bring the paper that says bring this paper but apparently another paper is needed etc. Waste of time, staff don’t speak English when 1/4 resident is a foreigner

All, ALL the French speakers (except for the receptionists) behind the counters are so racist and talk with such arrogance. Don’t understand how they are so ignorant to the fact that we pay for their salary.
Rules are different for non-Europeans, for Belgians, no appointments needed and they themselves apologise for not speaking any other language than French. But for non-Europeans their whole body language changes.
Just wish them good health and a better life to not have so much frustrations (something must be going wrong in their life).
