My family and I stopped in for some sandwiches before our train and had a wonderful experience. The owner made us large sandwiches that were delicious and cheaper than the local Panos. Also very quick so it's great if your short on time.
It was: Delicious, Efficient and Affordable

Stopped by for a quick bite, just a panini and cola. Very good with friendly and helpful staff. Food is good service is fast.

Considering how unbelievably expensive the cafes are in Ypres this is an amazing find. They do baguette style sandwiches which are amazing and huge. Tasty, well priced and just off the main square.

My tip is that unless you’re very very hungry then one between two is enough (think 12 inch Subway size).

Arrived late in Ypres so limited choice for late lunch, found Karamel by chance, we had really good sandwiches and beers, really well made and good price, very good service with a smile.

Absolutely 5 star place. It seems unassuming when you go in but the selection of teas were excellent. Would highly recommend the Sneukelbord (mixed sweets) great selction of tasty treats that was great value at only EUR 3.50.

This nice couple are such nice people and give a great service and delicious home made cakes, sandwiches ,coffee and thee. Definitely coming back when again Ieper.

Steeds opnieuw een heerlijke cappuccino met heerlijke koekjes en/of chocolaatjes erbij. De vriendelijke bediening is uiteraard ook een extra paar sterretjes waard.
