I recently purchased via Lamp Twist online with international delivery needed. The customer service representative, Tatiana, was extremely helpful as I had a few questions regarding shipping outside of the EU, and they were promptly answered. Shipping costs are a bit high but the promotional offers were unmatchable compared to other sites and delivery took literally 3 days!

I bought a floor lamp and a stool and they arrived super quickly and they were perfect, exactly as described in the website. They also made it very easy for me to follow the delivery by sharing tracking updates often. I would definitely buy again from them.

I bought a Normann Copenhagen lamp. They were super fast with delivery, the price was a bit lower than in other websites, with delivery included. I would reorder again in the future!

Easy to order, easy to track. Good price. And then Brexit kicks in with a customs charge. Not LampTwist's fault by any means. My anger is with (not my) government.

If you live in out of EU, you need to consider the import tax.
