Lovely room. Beautiful view. Prime location. Easy parking around.

I was very happy to see the owner immediately fix a small issue with water heater when we contacted her.

Place is clean and comfortable, even for our extended 8 day working holiday.

The studio was clean, it has two tvs, two ACs and all appliances you'll need - it is very well equipped. It has a big bed and a foldout couch and can fit between 1-3 people comfortably. There's a great terrace with an amazing view of the boardwalk and the sea. It's in a central location close to shops and several good places to eat. There is a large parking lot right next to the building. There are several beaches nearby - between 2 and 10 minutes, depending on the beach. The check in/out process is very easy and contactless, communication with the hosts is also very easy and they are very helpful and friendly. Considering the price, this is a very good value for money and I recommend staying here with confidence. You won't be staying in a five star hotel, you'll be staying in your own private seaside apartment with an awesome view.

резервирах студио месец преди датата, беше потвърдено и когато отидох на адреса никой не ме посрещна. Обадих се и ми кадаха че е сбъркан адреса. Изпратиха ме в другия край на града при отвратителни условия, улица на чакъл и лоши условия. Това беше измама, пазете се от тези хора. На следващия ден се обадих в ebooking където направих резервацията да се оплача и те говориха с представител на Ahtopol Genezis Apartments. тя беше казала, че аз не съм намерил първия адрес......и че затова ме пратила на второто място....пълни лъжи, че се обаждала да ме пита дали съм доволен и така куп лъжи. Хора пазете се от тях. те лъжат и ще ви съсипят почивката......
