I ordered some chimney pipe online for click and collect. The website was easy to navigate with English translation. I went to collect my order on Saturday. I went to the information desk and showed the lady my email. She immediately phoned someone and a couple of minutes later another lady appeared. She took me and my friend to the entrance to the warehouse and asked us to wait for a minute. She brought out all of my order and took us to the cashout. She spoke good English and stayed with us to explain to the cashier that I needed to pay. She stayed until we left the shop. The lady is called Svetlana and she was wonderful! It is very hard sometimes when you only speak a little of the language but she was so helpful. I hope that she gets some recognition for her hard work!

You can buy mostly everything for your home and office renovation including building materials, tools and machines, paints and primers, curtains and some accessories like rods and hooks, faucets and taps, tiles, any bathrooms products ... They also have a really good garden center.
I like a lot that they have arranged another entrance for people without certficates where the shop assistants can bring you products which you're interested in to see and check them and if you like given products you can pay there and pick them up. Wonderful customer service !!!

some products are cheaper than praktiker. Quality looks the same.. depending on the day, staff is different...

I am very happy with their online shop. After ordering (in November 2016), they confirmed the order within a few hours and in 2-3 days I received the pillows and doormat that I wanted in perfect condition. Considering that some Bulgarian online retailers take a few weeks to even confirm your order, HomeMax did a really good job!

Super Service! As I dont speak Bulgarian they called someone who explain to me what was more appropriate for my needs in the heating and plumbing department. At that time the Bulgarian speaking employee went to bring me a bigger trolley to accommodate the bulky load!!

The best do it yourself store. Large, has everything, and prices are the best compared to the similar stores. There are a lot of staff members ready to help you and you dont have to search for help for hours. Large availability off all items.
