Dragomir Winery Estate

Spontaneous visit during the summer with a friend. Were greeted with such hospitality and warmth even though had no reservation. The level of care and thoughtfulness was noticeable in every detail.
Opened a bottle of their red Dragomir last night and enjoyed the delicious wine together with the great memories.
Would recommend this place to everyone.

Great winery. Grand wine. Amazing people. Knowledge and experience meet passion and the rigor with which they apply this is visible in every detail of the winery and in every aspect of a chat. Masters of red wine, all very good to outstanding with an excellent price to quality ratio! One of the best experiences I've had and I would recommend it to anyone that wants to understand anything about wine.

As a special surprise during our tour of Bulgaria, the tour company arranged for us to visit Dragomir Winery. Wow! I really do not know where to start - what an incredible place. The tasting was the best we had ever completed - informative, professional, delicious, and fun. The wines at Dragomir are world class. After our visit here, we had some of the Dragomir wines at fine dining restaurants in Sofia and found the wines to be phenomenal. New fans!

Excellent experience, very sophisticated taste and a great tour. There is a lot to learn, interesting types of wine for the tongue to taste and a lovely interior for the eyes to enjoy. It is obvious that the hosts put their heart in what they are doing.

As an underage, I don't know personally whether the wine was good or not, but the adults in our group said it was pretty decent. Some of the adults bought some of the wine as souvenirs. When they served us lunch, the food was really good, so that's what I'm basing my rating on. I could also see that it was genuine wine as far I could see from the tour of the brewery facility. All in all, a good experience.

If there is a way to appreciate the taste of an already brilliant wine, then it definitely involves visiting its home, getting closer to its roots and learning about its creators' philosophy. Next to simply being an amazing architectural achievement Dragomir Winery Estate builds on top of their wines taste in the most beautiful and harmonical way. It would be worth visiting just for the beautiful Building, but it only gets better. Amazing Host and incredible wines to try (and take as many home with you as you can) A must-see if you’re in Plovdiv for sure!
