Great location, and affordable prices.
Not everything was perfect, but for the price paid, personally I have no complaints.
Great food, many choices to pick from, got myself 3 extra kilos in a week.
Many alcoholic beverages to choose from as well.
One advise for the management: please inform people about the other pools they have access to, and where exactly everything is. I was expecting when I scanned the QR code on the paper I got from the reception to see some kind of a map of where everything is. That would be great if you can do that, to inform people about where everything is.
I will definitely go again next year.

Low cost, like an upmarket Pontins / Butlins. Entertainment staff incredible. Best pool to sit and relax by. All inclusive meals were always tasty and enough choice.

Staff was kind, even though some could improve a bit on their english. The rooms were clean. Thr hotel is not quite close to the beach, but it's very close to the aqua park, which is most likely its best selling point. The free entrance to the aqua park makes it awesome. The prices, if you are not all inclusive, are also decent, cheaper than you'd get at other restaurants or pubs. All-in-all a great experience.

Very helpful and kind staff, pleasant ambiance in a superb combination of modern and nature, the area benefiting from an exceptional landscape maintained in impeccable condition. The diversity of the food easily satisfies all culinary tastes, except for those who find a reason for dissatisfaction with everything.

Very nice. You can take your family there, no problem, nice aquapark (free with all inclusive). Proper food , a lot of fresh vegtables and fruit, but not many Frutti Di Mare, but with that sea what can you expect... Polite stuff, and kids will love the pools, you can find one for everybody. Nice entertaiment, everyday and night. What I didnt like.... Maybe not a big room, but you only use it for bed time. Oh yes, the bar, it is opened till 2300 but you can talk with the stuff make a few more drinks, just give them a tip, as they are very nice. Look out for the cleaning lady, she takes away the drinks and is forcing you to go to bed. Just like your mother :) To sum up, if you have kids and friends this is the place to be, dont expect anything from the Black Sea.

Very clean, with good food, it's a perfect place for families with kids. Nice pools with clean and warm water. The staff is nice and friendly. It's a second time when I spend my holiday hehe and for sure I will come again

I just spent a very nice 5-day holiday in this hotel. The all inclusive was fine. The service was excellent. Very clean and in a good condition place. The pool is perfect. You will have an umbrella and 2 sheslongs at Rai Beach - 950 m from the hotel. There is a shuttle from the hotel to the beach, but it's a nice walk. There is a lunch and beverages at Rai restaurant for the Ralitsa hotels guests on all inclusive. There are a lot of guests in August, but still it's possible to spend a nice and calm holiday there.

Good staff. Very helpful and friendly. Everything is clean. Good food. The bell boy helped us a lot with all our questions. No nightlife in the area but you can take a taxi to Golden Sand for 20 leva. The extra restaurant on the beach is a big extra

One of the best hotels in Albena. Friendly stuff, nice and clean rooms and amazing food quality. Everything is well organised and being here is a pleasure. Especially suitable for families with children, the animation and pools are top notch.

It's a greate location in Albena, with lots of advantages, especialy if you take an "all inclussive" package. The food is greate and verry varied, the pools are nice. At the main pool there are daily activities. The free access to aquapark is greate. Every evening thei have an entertainment program for their guests. Also, have a private beach with sunbeds and a restaurant there, with open bar from 12.00 to 15.00
I will return there for shure.

Very nice holiday. The rooms were a bit too small for family of 4 but you don't spend much time in it anyway.the food was very nice and the service was great too. We had the aquapark included too so a lot of fan for the kids.
