Absolutely wonderful experience. Really glad to have something like this in this area of Romania/Bulgaria. The only downside was that the spa was closed during our stay. Other than this, incredible.

Lovely rooms overlooking Danube. All very luxurious. Great food and wine and a fantastic wine tour and tasting.

*the food was delicious (feels like gourmet experience) and the view to Danube-astonishing.
*the room we stayed in was spotless, modern, the bathroom was spacious and equipped with everything you need along with great bathroom kits. There was a compliment from the hotel- a bottle of their rose which was great!
*The price correlates with the the value of the stay.
*Their wine tasting experience also didn't' disappoint. I am amazed how the owners have taken both the modern and the old part of the wine seller and have created a masterpiece. Their wine collection is astonishing, you have to try their Gamza wine.
*The receptionist was really nice and friendly. I would have preferred the waitresses to be more experienced and to be comfortable to recommend more. Having in mind that the hotel is brand new I wish them all the best and to proceed to manage their great quality. One recommendation that i have is that it will be great if clients can rent bicycles from the hotel to explore the nature around. Having in mind that the north region is not very developed , the whole experience was beyond our expectations!

I had a fantastic stay at the Bononia Estate overlooking the Danube River. The room had an amazing river view, the restaurant served delicious food, the rooms were stylish, the wine was exceptional, and the staff was wonderful. Highly recommended!

Definitely a 5 star ⭐ experience! We enjoyed our stay and loved the place. It is the place where you go and enjoy the great wine, food and the great service. The hotel staff makes sure you get the best stay at the hotel.

Really nice place. Excellent food and service. Don’t miss trying the wine and walk around the winery - great investment in this historical place. Breathtaking view to the Danube river!

We had lunch with the family at the terrace looking towards Danube and it was nice.

Note: If you are coming just to visit the restaurant (like we did) - you need to tell it to the security, otherwise they may not let you in the Estate (I guess random people are snooping around).

Wooooow, the best place, food and staff in Eastern Europe!!!! I really recomend it to everyone 🙌
