Our favorite place for swimming in winter. The swimming pool is always clean and big enough.

Excellent SPA hotel. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds and mineral water in the bathrooms. The food in restaurant is very tasty. The pool is very big and clean. The service employees are very kind and helpful.
Strongly recommend.

Very big pool with warm water. Outside pool with hot water. Spa area isn't very close to the pools. Very clean and warm rooms. Good service. Life music in the restaurant. We would go again!

Charming staff, a lovely room (deluxe double), clean facilities, wonderful massages. We thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a shame the steam room was off for the duration of our stay but it was otherwise great.
A room service menu would have improved my stay as I had a cold and couldn't take any food to the room.

Great place with mineral water. Suitable for calm vacation with or without kids. Very helpful staff. Food is delicious. Perfect breakfast included. Inside and outside pools with mineral water on 30 degree celsius. Outside jacuzzi on 39 degree celsius. Highly recommend.

Excellent place, with thermal water.

The place is perfect for families with children. The hotel area is pretty safe. We let our three years old walk around by herself.
The rooms we visited are nice and big enough for two adults and two children under the age of five. The king-size bed fits is all. The pools are clean and warm. The outside kids pool is great.
The food is usually delicious, however the chef(s) at lunch are not as good as the ones cooking in the evening.
Down sides and things to improve:
- Responsiveness to requests. We had an issue with the balcony door that didn't get fixed during our week stay.
- Most of the waiters were moody and not really into what they are doing. It felt like we forced them to work and that was an issue.
- The outside playground is out in the sun most of the day. It could use some shade.
- The inside playground is clean, has 3 small slides and a "vegetable shop". It could use an update.
Bonus: Everywhere the water is mineral and smells like sulfur.

Been there 3 times and each of them very satisfied by the service and the procedures. The restaurant is really good and enjoyed the food and the service for full 7 days. Nice lunch menu. Pools and spa clean and well maintained. The most valuable are the people.

Great place for a holiday. Especially for families with children. Great food, accommodations and service. You can rent a bike. There is s program for the children. Beautiful nature. Great! Will come again.
