Worst experience ever…we have lost time, energy and handled the biggest lack of professionalism we have ever encounter in real estate business. After letting us wait in the lobby of the hotel for almost 2 hours, we have been taken to “viewings” by the “manager” Dimiter, Could not see Any apartment because the “viewings” were not arranged, he was Denied Access and he just lost 2 more hours of our time driving around. Guess what…promised to get back to us in the afternoon and never did that. Soooo, if you want to buy something in Bansko, make sure to Find other agency!!! I have gave a star cause i couldnt give -10. You should be soooooo ashamed!
