Ayurveda Clinic Lucky Bansko

I highly recommend it. The doctor is real professional, kind and explains you everything in a clear and understanding way. The food is amazing if you like Ayurveda. There is special Indian cook. The whole team are fantastic and warm people.

Thanks to Asen for the perfect organization, to Dr Pavar for all the precious conversations (I started the daily routine!!! :), to Soumi and Vilas for their patience and the excellent therapies, to Kamal for the great yoga classes and the personal yoga routine that he created specifically for me!
I don't also forget the cooker for the delicious food and all the people from the hotel!

Spa fantastica ,personale educati e molto competenti...l'unica cosa è che lasciano entrare anche i bambini e non ti puoi rilassare del tutto ...

It’s a nice Place for detox if you wish And great massages / treatments , but be ready for a poor diet for a whole week And a constant starving - for breakfast they serve only 1 fruit with a tea And for dinner only a soup . Overpriced !
