Elegance Spa Hotel

The girl that gives us the bracelets to the swimming pool was very nice to us ,very polite and its was nice experience. The swimming pool bartender made the best cocktails i’ve ever drank. The woman at the reception with the glasses was very polite and nice as well.

I am going often with my daughter in the indoor heated swimming pool. It is amazing !

Spacious, bright, and clean rooms with an amazing view. Nice taking a dip in the hot mineral pools. Some improvements could be made in the restaurant (some dishes great and others not so great for the price), but overall a nice and relaxing stay. There are also a few things to see in the nearby villages - a 650 year old Sycamore tree on Garmen and the villages up the mountains like Leshten and Kovachevitsa with it's lovely stone houses with stone roofs.

Perfect place for family. Outdoor and indoor big nice hot minerals poos. Full SPA and massage center. Rooms are cozy and very clean. Food service is very good. Tasty meals and dishes. Highly recommended.

The hotel is wonderful . Service is great a lot is beautiful there is mineral water such water is not even in Turkey !!!

Прекрасен хотел с добре подбран персонал от професионалисти, които са винаги усмихнати, приветливи и готови да изпълнят и най-странните прищевки на гостите. Тихо и спокойно място, където може да си почине човек истински. Стаите са просторни, чисти и добре поддържани. Обслужването и храната в ресторанта на ниво. Спа център чудесен. Водата в басеините топла. Накратко изкарахме 14 прекрасни дни за което благодарим на всички от човека за всичко, камериерките, сервитьорите, готвачите, рецепционистите и най-вече собствениците, които са подбрали такъв добър персонал. Благодарим Ви много. Ще ви препоръчам на приятели и познати.

Останахме много доволни от престоя си, стаите бяха големи, топли, чисти.
Спа-то и басейна поддържани, храната в ресторанта беше много хубава, закуската съвсем като домашна :)
Управителите са много мили и сърдечни хора!
