Swissport Payment Counter

The most disrespectful, horrible old ladies working there. Extremely rude. Went there to get information from where I can pick up my luggage and was welcome with "What do you want". Better train your staff how to talk to people .

Payment system is outdated and old fashioned. No payment terminal at the counter. They take your credit card number by hand and don’t provide you with receipt. I’ve only seen one employee who was polite and smiling. The rest look miserable and answer you with a passive aggressive tone and face grimace. Passengers should be treated with the due respect and greeted and assisted politely. Not treated like garbage and like they are bothering you while you slack at work.

Here at the counter you can pay your fees for extra or excess luggage. If you are lucky you have only customers in front of you who also have to pay. This will take 1 to 2 minutes per customer. But in our case there was one customer who took over one hour. The queue became extremely long and there was a lot of stress for the customers and the lady behind the counter. Some people may have missed their flights. I made a complaint afterwards that at a counter where an average customer takes 1 to 2 minutes, there should not be services taking an hour. There was no apology or promise to do better in the future.

Worst attitude ever they don't give you a receipt for payment and treat you like scumbag.
