I arrived with a last minute problem without and was urgently needed to continue my trip. Although they were busy, they were very kind to offer me their availability to take care of my car. They handled the problem carefully and quickly resolved it efficiently.

The staff was very kind, they offered me a coffee several times and were very understanding.

Finally, the bill was very honest, especially considering that I'm not from the place and I hadn't asked for a quote before the surgery.

Living for many years in the city, had different cars and being at different mechanics, there is only one place I trust anymore and that’s Autoclinic. The owner is one of the best people I’ve met in my life, not just my trusted mechanic.

Joro is the best. It is rare to come across such honest owner of a service shop. Once they changed a part, which didn't fix the problem, returned the old part and didn't charge me anything and sent me to another place to get it fixed.

The best car service in Sofia. I've been in dozens of services and non of them offer the type of attention these guys pay to your car. I had a very strange problem on my 1999 ford focus. They manage to fix it for fraction of the price, which other car specialist took me, but was not able to fix.

Great and professional

Mon fourgon aménagé est tombé en panne sur ma route pour la Turquie, n'ayant pas la pièce (radiateur moteur) dans tout le pays et ne pouvant pas attendre sa livraison. On m'a changé mon réservoir de liquide de refroidissement qui avait une fuite, et on m'a donné énormément de conseils de sécurité pour avoir le maximum de chance d'arriver à Istanbul sans problème !
J'ai suivi chacun de ces précieux conseils, et j'ai même pu rouler plus loin, jusqu'à Kayseri en Turquie où on a enfin pu me fabriquer une pièce et réparer mon véhicule !
Un immense merci à l'accueil chaleureux du patron, à sa bonne humeur, et à ses mots rassurants !
