Loki La Paz

It's a great place. The rooms are so comfortable and warm. The staff is also incredible, they're always polite and helpful.
This place has an awesome bar an the parties can get wild 😎🍻. They have a TV room just perfect to chill when ur tired of going out.
What I found they should update is that when I booked, it is said the breakfast was included, but it isn't. But it's a small thing compared to the fun I had.

After my horrendous experiences in other Latin American hostels, this one easily raised my hopes again. The staff is friendly and professional. Our private room was basically a hotel room - and it was ready for us when we arrived at 6:30AM. The room is clean, with an amazing view, and hot water. The hostel location is great. The hostel bar has an amazing view - and the prices are great. There is also a ping pong table. I cannot recommend this hostel enough. You have to stay here!

Good showers, hot and good water pressure. Thought it would have more party vibes. The employees here agree sort friendly and helpful. The room I'm staying in has red curtains and sheets so that gives an interesting look to the room.

Love the sky bar there, just an amazing view of illimani and it's really neat at night with all the lights around you. The food is pretty good and I enjoyed how late they serve it. The dorm room was nice but I was really happy when I upgraded to a private room. You have a heater and a water kettle and tea which made it really worth it. The bed was also fairly comfy. As far as I saw all the rooms have good windows.
Close to a lot of shopping areas and the red teleferico.

Had a private room and bathroom - both clean. Nice location to walk around and explore la Paz. Travel desk is super helpful, answered all our questions in detail and booked some great tours.

Restaurant is good, reasonable prices. Free computers for use, though wifi was weak.

In this hostel you just feel fine and welcome. there are people of all nations working together and having fun. all night something is going you just have to feel free to dance and laugh. it's in a perfect place in the higher part of la paz but it's really easy to ride down or to go to every place you like to. if you need a taxi, ask the crew to call one, but it's also easy to grab one on the street.

It's very good for what it is - almost a hotel of a hostel. Rooms for 8 people has 2 bathrooms. Really appreciate that smoking is not allowed at the party area. Pool, ping pong, coffeee and tea's are all included in the price. A lot of Israeli people are staying here.

It is really a great place. The accommodations are very good, the staff is prepared, the whole place is organized. There is a nice restaurant, where are made good foods and drinks. The smoking room is large enough and the partys are really cool.

Great party hostel.
With the bar on the 7th floor its great because you have the option to party with no one coercing you.
The 8 bed dorm is 55bs and is pretty spacious because its split in 2 parts.
The restaurant upstairs is also pretty great for hangover feeding. The alfredo pasta was pretty special too.

We loved our stay at the loki hostel. The (two bed) rooms were very nice. We hat everything we need drinkingwater for free, a heating, a clean and good bathroom. Everything was fine. We also enjoyed the lokifun and the late check out. The service was great too! We will come back!

I didn't actually stay here, just went here with some friends to the party on a Saturday night. Only stayed for a little while. In just a half hour period, someone took my jacket that was on a sofa. My only jacket whilst travelling :(
The staff were great in looking over security footage and trying to help find out who took it. They really rallied and were great. Unfortunately I went home empty handed despite their best efforts in searching everywhere.
Luckily someone put the jacket back during the night - the staff found it and contacted me and I got it back the next day. So thankful for their great help!!!! Great job Loki!!!

Great hostel with good rooms. Especially considering that it is a hostel. We hade a private room with an en suite. The room was warm, even during the night which is uncommon for this region. We've freezing our asses off at other hostels during our trip. As it is a youth hostel they have parties every night. This could be somewhat heard on the 3rd floor (bar is located on 7th).

The service can be summarized as good but a bit confused at sometimes. But you can't expect more from youth backpackers working there for a month and then moving on.

We were kinda stressed when the breakfast serving that was suppose to open at 07:00 didn't open until 07:15. We hade a pickup for a tour at 07:30...

Over-all a good hostel.

This is mostly meant for young travelers looking for social vibes, but I feel this Hostal can actually welcome other travelers as well.

It is a 7 floors building with a top bar/restaurant with glass walls overlooking the city. Really amazing. There is a lift. Here the nights can be wild, with locals joining the parties. Anyway if you want to have a chilled quiet vibe , you can go to the common areas at the 6th floor and at the reception, or even just go to your room, the sound is really far away and didn’t bother.

They have nice private rooms, but we stayed in the 10 bed dorm. Really comfy beds. You can ask for a towel and a blanket without charge. Very good hot shower. Toilet paper is provided, but no soap.

We needed to be seen by a doctor and they called one from Clinica Lausanne. They took only 30min to arrive to the hostel and the doctor was really nice and professional. It was BOB350. We found it to be a very good service.

They have coffee and tea available 24h, which is a nice touch. There are happy hours. Food in the bar is ok, not so tasty.

There’s a tv room, which is cool.

The only thing to improve is the cleaning service of the dorms, which should happen daily even though people are still staying. We had to request it during a one week stay.

I don't know how good is a hostel, but the pub is great, good place where to hang out in the evening. Good drinks and you can also play a billiard, pingpong, beer pong, and big yenga.

Great staff and fantastic organised parties! Could have stayed within the hostel the whole time but they were so good for organising trips it was easy to sample all Bolivia has to offer!

Great social atmosphere, everything a traveller needs to recoup from the road; internet, hot pressurized showers, drinks, great wifi, warm comfy beds. Food could be improved a bit

Stated in wild Rover for three days, had to change to Loki due to wild Rover being horrible. Loki is like a classier more fun cversio of wild Rover. The food is better here, the bar staff are way nicer, the activities are more fun. In loki you don't have to watch bar staff vomiting behind the bar (as they were doing in wild Rover). The rooms are more cosy and warm, it resembles a large hotel but with a really cool games floor and a rooftop enclosed bar with incredible views over the city.

The most amazing Hostel company EVER!!! Can't say enough about them and because of thier hospitality I've stayed in three of the five and would never stay anywhere else if there is a Loki nearby.

I have visited Loki hostels in Mancora, Cusco and Lima and now also La Paz Bolivia. I enjoy to know what I can expect from Loki, La Paz offers me the same great time as the others! A travel agency I can trust with competitive rates. I just came back from the death road and it was amazing! Also Loki La Paz creates a party every night and I can order food untill midnight! (I am always hungry..). Also easy to choose a room that fits my requirements. Thanks Loki team!
