Café con Pan

We were going for restaurant Popular, but they had a waiting queue, it seemed that Cafe con Pan was exactly what we were looking for.

They have very nice sandwiches. I also
ordered coffee, which tasted real good! The service with it was exceptional.

After the lunch we ordered a cinnamon roll, and that must have been one of the best cinnamon rolls we ever tasted. We had to compare it with our homemade cinnamon rolls. It was served with cream and fresh fruit. We loved every bite of it, Yum!!!

Looking for excellent speciality coffee with tasty treats in La Paz without spending a fortune? Come to Cafe con Pan! Along the usual espresso based drinks are a choice of four affordable Bolivian single origins, prepared in your preferred brew style, from V60 to Siphon to Chemex and Aeropress. We tried two different ones and both were excellent. I also loved the homemade tarts made with Amazonian berries, especially the one with Acai. Highly recommended!

It's such a nice place to enjoy the sunshine of La Paz. The coffee is great! And the pancake, tiramisu, cinnamon rolls ...and all the food is amazing. Even the staffs are pretty friendly and helpful. 👍👍👍

Very good food and very friendly personal! When you go there for a lunch or koffie, you feel the passion via the food. It is located not on the street side but a bit hidden. Would totally recommend!

Delicious drinks and desserts! Their range of specialty coffee is not only more affordable compared to other sellers in the city, but arguably better and their homemade baked goods are a must have - I would recommend the acai and white chocolate tarts - the servers are also polite, friendly and were willing to let us try out different methods of coffee. They can use; V60s, aero press, french press and many more, I would definitely recommend if you are into speciality coffee and a calming break in the centre of the city!

Great little coffee shop serving sandwiches, breakfasts, fresh fruit juices in a beautiful little courtyard away from the main street surrounded by plants.
Staff were very helpful and they speak some English and there are English menus if needed. Would recommend this place for a break from the bustle of la Paz.

Nice place with a great ambiente and good variety of food. They have healthy options, attentive staff and the prices are ok in our opinion. Only thing: don't order the croissant if you like croissants! It's more bread than anything else 😅 super dry, hard and a "solid mass". The golden milk was fantastic 🤩 I didn't find them anywhere else in Bolivia until now.

Had a lovely breakfast here, nice coffee and delicious food at a good price. Just portions were slightly small. Very attentive service and nice sunny courtyard to sit in.

For those who don't like sour acidic "specialty" coffee - this is the place to go. Best coffee I've tried in La Paz so far.
