Best Mediterranean food I’ve had in a long time! My grandmother was Lebanese and I’m very picky about my grape leaves and the ones here are fantastic! Everything was so flavorful and beautifully presented. I loved the combo platter. We are here two nights back to back on vacation. Plus the owner is so kind and speaks excellent English.

Amazing food!! So true to the flavors and so clean. The best Arab food I've had in Brazil and I've been living in Rio de Janeiro for 7 years. I wish the chef and his wife would move to my neighborhood haha. We all loved the shawarma and the plate with assorted dishes. During our holiday in Bonito we came back to this place several times. But be aware that they close the kitchen pretty early.

The food was clean and delicious. The kibbeh lacked flavour and seasoning slightly, that would be my only improvement point. The humus was super fresh and full of flavour. The service was warm and friendly. The chefs were helpful with the menu and questions we had. I would recommend a visit.

We were blown away by the many gluten free vegan options this restaurant offered as it doesn't happen everyday! The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful when choosing dishes to suit our preferences and knew exactly what each item contained. She also spoke English and had an English version of the menu which was very helpful. If we were staying longer in Bonito we would undoubtedly be back. Our favourites were the falafel, babaganoush, stuffed vine leaves and pumpkin kibbeh.

Great place with really kind and helpful staff. Some of the staff speak English. We went here five times and it was great every time. They have bigger and smaller plates and we liked the vegetarian and vegan options.

Great food if you want something different for a night! Really good and authentic food! Highly recommended!!!! Especially for vegans!

This place is such a gem! I was craving something healthy after eating my weight in meat and potatoes during my trip to Bonito. It’s surprisingly hard to find vegetables/health food here, so Turquesa was an absolute pleasure to visit. I’ve been here for dinner every night possible during my stay. The owners are friendly and welcoming, it was really nice to be able to communicate with someone without using a translator app for the first time in days. They even had a menu in english. Thank you Turquesa for making me feel at home here in Bonito!

Unique place in Bonito: spot where you must eat if you enjoy fresh, well flavoured food with a Turkish twist. It really stands out compared to most greasy, middle of the road restaurants in Bonito. We had lunch here and came back for dinner! Five stars well deserved.

Oh my goodness you cannot miss this place. We were in Bonito for 5 days and we ate here for 3 of the days. It is SO GOOD. Erica is an amazing chef and host and we cannot say enough amazing things about her food. Thank you so much 💜💜💜

The service was great . The server was helpful and patient since my Portuguese is not the greatest .. but that's not what we are reviewing hahah...I got the carne dish and my wife got the vegan dish , I don't know which was better . I highly recommend this place if you want a healthy and great meal .

The food is great and the service is even better. The lady and her husband who own it are very helpful with what to order. It’s cool to see this kind of food in Brazil.

Loved the place, especially since they had vegetarian options available. The food has middle-eastern inspiration but prepared more in the Brazilian "way". The prices were fair also. If you're in Bonito give it a try.
