Pullman São Paulo Guarulhos Airport

I was surprised by the facilities and comfort of the room. It's not cheap but I would say worth the price. Especially that I desperately needed a room to sleep after Latam screwed up with my trip. The staff were very friendly and breakfast has a wide variety of foods. It's close to GRU terminal 1, easy to go by taxi. They also have regular vans to and from the airport.

Very pet friendly hotel. They even put out water etc for your furry companions. You're located right next to the airport so its a good 45+minutes into town but I guess there's not much one can do about that. On the flip side accessing the airport is mega easy. Just ten minutes. Staff are extra friendly and just super helpful. You'll find little to complain about in this place.

if you need an accommodation close to the airport is very good... for Sao Paolo Centro a bit faraway. excellent restaurant and bar, friendly staff, good pool and spa

Both meals I had in the hotel restaurant were amazing. They have a wide selection for the buffet and a la carte meals. Food tastes great as well. All the staff especially Joe were very approachable and nice. It was a great stay overall.

Stayed for a night, enjoyed the comfy bed after hours of plane time from Australia.
Had a great breakfast and then enjoyed a Brazilian BBQ for Mother’s Day lunch in the restaurant.
A great atmosphere - live music, kids activities for little ones. Even dogs were welcome.

The lounges in the lobby are a perfect spot while waiting for a flight.

The hotel's own restaurant has a nice ambience. From time to time there is an outdoor barbecue. The meat is of very good quality. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. A very special thanks to Joe for the good service.

Very good service - greeted as soon as I stepped out of Uber and had assistance with my bags. Igor was very helpful at the front desk explaining the services available at the hotel. Room was very comfortable and clean. Excellent buffet breakfast, lots of selection.

I am always happy to be back in this hotel. It has very positive vibe including hotel staff too. But my favorite staff is receptionist Nick, which always make a smile on my face with his BEAUTIFUL smile and eyes that I would never forget. I I’ll return to Sao Paulo soon and hope to be welcomed by beautiful staff including Nick on the top! 🙏🏻❤

We stayed here for two nights upon arrival in Brazil and before departure back to France. We were a big group a received a very warm welcome. Everything was clean, bedsheets were incredible, breakfast buffet was perfect with a great egg station. Special shout-out to Kevin from Ivory Coast (sorry, might not be the right name as I have a terrible memory) for making the check-in experience seamless and efficient. A very good man who was of great help although having been at front desk for only a week

Good location for travelers within minutes of the airport. Comfortable beds. Very good food and drinks at the main restaurant buffet, the bar, the pool and also room service. Many Brazilian favourites available 😊. Outdoor pool was good to do a few laps once it warmed up a little bit. Gym has good equipment for a workout on the road. The staff are also very helpful and pleasant.

Nicest hotel near the airport. 4.5 stars I believe. Rooms aren't too bad of a price compared to a equal hotel in the US. Depending on the type of room you get breakfast is included. We got a 2 room king bed on the top floor for under $200.

One of the loveliest Hotels I stayed in. It is always a pleasure to be in this Pullman. Great Team with an excellent Service. I never had any problems in this Hotel, all was always on top. It is easy to reach from the Airport and they have a good transportation service.

Close to the airport but is isolated spot. Hotel rooms are quiet, clean and up to date. Service is excellent

This hotel feels like home in some aspects, I love the food in the BASE restaurant by the lobby, their feijoada on Wednesdays or Saturdays which is traditional or local food in Brazil made of black beans and mix of meats is just delicious, I’m always very well assisted by the team in the reception big shoutout to Nick, and as well to the team in BASE restaurant shoutout to Joe he always makes you feel welcome with smile.

Stayed here for the first time last week for 2 days. It was perfect. The service was amazing. I also got a massage from the spa and it was just what I needed. They have a great food selection from buffet, a la carte, and room service. Needed to stay close to the airport and this hotel was about 10min from the airport. They have a gym and pool as well.
