Louis-Philippe Lemoine and his team were awesome. I live the U.S and brought my Volvo into Canada for a few days. This Volvo dealer is one of the best I have been I . Louis and his team of “Volvo Experts” were great to work with. Obviously I could not buy a vehicle from them as they don’t sell U.S. spec cars. However, if you live in Canada this is the place to buy!!! They have a great selection and there service is top notch!

I have my 2010 XC70 since 2018 and I love my car! It’s built like a tank and will take any terrain I throw at it.

My mother owns a 2018 CPO V90 T6 AWD Cross Country and we all love it. Right up there with Mercedes and Bentley when I comes to comfort. Safety is unparalleled in these cars due to there high strange Boron steel and innovative safety features. Volvos safety team patented the 3 point seatbelt in 1959.

Boght a Volvo S60 2019 there with the help of Louis-Philippe and Marek! After visiting 2 other Volvo dealerships in Montréal and allllmost buying on elsewhere, once I fell into the hands of these guys they made the diffrence. They go the extra mile for you and it SHOWS. Not your typical "car salesguy". Sophisticated service, respecful, and generous. Definitely in it for the long-run relationship with their clients.

A few months after purchase I had an issue with the car brakes that couldve cost me around 1000$ and they found a way to have it included in the warranty even though they could of easily held me accountable for the problem. Truly real respectable gentlemen.

The service team at ALBI Volvo went above and beyond! -Thanks Daniel, Marc, and the team. We were a long way from home on vacation, skiing at Mont-Tremblant. Our check engine light came on and our Volvo started running very rough. It didn't break down, but we didn't want to risk getting stranded on our long drive home. They squeezed us in to get the car looked at right away and helped to get us where we needed to go in the mean time. This allowed us to enjoy the rest of our vacation, while they got everything fixed for us. I am very grateful they went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of, and we were able to make our trip home with peace of mind!

Awesome service guys! I used to be a client of the dealership on Decairie and also the one in St Leonard. After a break in trust from these 2 dealerships, I tried one in Laval, and found it equally dishonest and the clients interest isn't really at the heart of their team. A bit deceptive actually.

I'm happy to report my ongoing relationship with Volvo has been restored due to your staff at Albi. Louis-Philippe has been on the ball, and it's nice to see a group that's a little more genuine. It's a long drive for me to service my 6 Volvos, but I guess I'll start enjoying the beautiful drives up there, and take in the scenery.

Albi Volvo is hands down my favourite dealership! Perfectly located in the gorgeous hills of the Laurentides, it allows me to service my car while enjoying a relaxing weekend at the cottage. I bought a 2020 Volvo XC40 from Albi Volvo Ste-Agathe and received the best service ever. Buying a car is the second most important purchase in life and the experience can be stressful. But Marek from Albi made this experience the most pleasant I have ever had. Their customer-oriented service places the customer in confidence and allows them to make a wise choice and adjust to their budget. Their prices are very competitive with a very good inventory of vehicles. I will not hesitate for a second to go back there for my next vehicle!

Nous avons fait acquisition de notre XC40 Recharge le 20 décembre 2023. Première expérience avec une voiture électrique. Je ne suis pas un habitué des avis Google mais je tenais à prendre quelques minutes pour remercier notre vendeur Mathieu Gratton. Il nous a accompagné d’une manière très professionnelle et il a été disponible tout au long de la transaction. Cela est drole à dire vu la réputation des vendeurs automobile mais nous l’avons senti honnête et intègre. Nous adorons notre voiture mais nous ne comprenions pas la technologie qui venait avec cette voiture incroyable. Même après la vente, Mathieu a été disponible pour nous expliquer et nous accompagner dans le « set-up » de notre ordinateur sur 4 roues. Il nous a répèté à plusieurs reprises qu’il serait toujours là pour répondre à nos questions. Ce fut notre plus belle expérience d’achat d’une voiture à date. Et croyez-moi nous en avons acheté plusieurs. Je n’ai aucun problème de réfferer Mathieu à tous mes proches ou à qui que ce soit.
