Super friendly staff - I wanted to do an exchange and they didn't have the product I wanted so the sales associate took the time to order it online for me. Store is very clean and organized. One of the nicest Sephora's I've been to!

I went for advices concerning a face scrub and a hair pommade and I arrived 10 mins before the store closed but a very nice short-dark hair person took the time to help and gave really good recommendations (if you’re their boss and you see this give them a raise)

I'm rating this Sephora 5 stars based on one beauty consultant that assisted me here. For 12 months I have been suffering from acne scars, I previously bought products from Sephora affordable and expensive both, didn't work, actually made it worst. Then after multiple failure and devastation as I'm someone who barely gets acne but for some reason my face was full of acne and black acne scars, I decided to see a dermatologist. The Dr. Prescribed some cream and oral medication (antibiotics for 3 months), which I followed the instructions. It didn't not help me at all in terms of removing scars, however it gradually stopped producing more acne. One day, I was walking at this sephora with no intention to try something new. This amazing girl, approached to know if I needed assistance (so glad she asked), I was curious about a product, she explained and showed me another product which she claimed worked for her (that was my life changing product GOD bless this girl), I don't know why, I was ready to try and sephora has great return policies so it won't hurt. Within next 3 days of applying it, I immediately saw a positive difference it wasn't drastic but I saw a difference. Also, I was happy it didn't cause breakouts! Till this day everything she told me that day has been working for me, I really wish I knew her name but unfortunately I don't. I went back and met another consultant who sold me an eye cream, I must say, this eye cream was comparable to La Mer one. I have encountered tooo many knowledgeable consultants out there to not give a 5 star well deserved.

I never post reviews of anything, but I had the best experience ever at the Sephora at Rockland's today. Everyone in the store was great but the standout today was a sales associate named Hannah. I explained to her what I was looking for. She made me feel super comfortable and was focused on me 100%. She went above and beyond and genuinely wanted to make sure I got everything I needed. She gave me great advice and was very personable and friendly. She understood what I wanted and didn't push products on me that I obviously would not use or want. I am extremely satisfied and pleased with the help she gave me and the products I bought. I walked out of there feeling like a million bucks. This is how everyone should feel when walking out of a store, especially Sephora. Will definitely go back again and will look for Hannah.

I visited the store in Carrefour Laval just before closing time and the staff was nice enough to let us shop. I couldn’t find what I was looking for but one of the sales people took her time and helped me find it. I expected to be rushed out the door but to my surprise I wasn’t

I booked a 45 mins custom make-up session for a wedding I had this past sunday. I booked it at Rockland because the one at Fairview is always busy and hectic. Thank God Rehna was my artist, she is the sweetest most patient girl I have ever met at Sephora. Such a sweetheart, she showed me how to
contour, explained all the products she used... seriously, everyone needs to book with her. I received compliments all night on her amazing work. The rest of the staff was nice too and kept complementing what she was doing and how good she is. I really enjoyed my experience at Sephora Rockland and will probably always book there to get my makeup done
