Rexall Drugstore

They do a great job compared to the one on Wellington and Parkdale. I give them a list of my prescriptions every three months and give then one week to fill it and they always do a good job on that. The current pharmacist who has been here for over a year is the best.

Very convenient location as there are a bunch of government buildings and learning centres here that benefit from this Rexall. They have some good deals and a wide assortment of items to buy. I mainly focused on the snacks but you can get other things like over-the-counter drugs

I've been coming here for many years, the staff is always super nice to both me and my young son. It is a nice and quiet store, washrooms in the plaza too if you ever need them. The pharmacist was always patient when answering my questions ,both in person and on the phone. I highly recommend!

I usually go there Saturdays and there is always a very professional gentleman working there on Saturdays most accommodating, pleasant and very helpful and understanding. I usually give a week for my long prescriptions to be prepared but on a couple of occasions my need was urgent and he was very understanding and friendly. Both me and my mum are now permanent customers there and we are both very happy.

Excellent service and advice from the pharmacist. Also very helpful and cooperative when needed. Only wish their hours included weekends.

Great place. Visited it in May 11, 2022 in the morning. The stuff is very very professional. This pharmacy is 1000 000 times better than the other pharmacies in Ottawa.

I never realized any pharmacy can charge whatever markup they want on any prescription drug: Between 3 pharmacies within blocks of each-other, I got a $ range of $165/3 doses to $100/6 doses for SAME generic brand. Holland Cross Rexall won lowest $ by a HUGE margin ($100vs$330). WOW.
AND... the Pharmacist there has always been very polite and helpful.

I’ve been going there for years, and they recently changed the lead pharmacist in the last year. Which is good change as I was thinking of switching to a closer location but this new pharmacist is more informative and helpful as the other pharmacists, as well as non-judgemental.

I have never had an issue with anything in at this location. I find the staff helpful, polite and very accommodating! Never overcrowded, no lineup!

Pharmacy staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Location is convenient but it's a smaller store so stock and variety can be limited.

The pharmacist working there is second to none. He has saved lives. He knows his clients, and truly cares above t them. If you are worried about certain drugs you are taking, or potentially dangerous interactions between drugs, this pharmacist is your guardian angel. I would give this pharmacy a five star rating if they only kept this particular pharmacist on staff. Others, less competent.

I've been using this particular location for all my pharmaceutical needs for over 20 years and I have no plans to change particularly since there was a shift in management a number of years ago and things are better than ever.
