Friendly staff and I always find new styles to take back home here, the place is clean and brightly lighted. Roots has always been a purveyor of great Canadian goods. Visited March 2024

I went shopping at ROOTS, lication Robson @ Burrad street. I received great customer service from the Associate who wirks at this location. His name is JAKE! He was extremely helpful and answered all my queries very patiently and professionally! I was so happy and i bought a Handbag from him! Thank you so much JAKE And i wish you all the Best in your life!

Not much to say about this one. Good service, premium clothing and a high price. Perfect for Canadians and tourists alike.

Nice store. Entered to have a look around as first time in Canada. Men and women’s clothing. A few items for the home, blankets etc.

I was looking for a sweater for a birthday gift that was out of stock everywhere in my preferred size. Eloise went as far as to order it for me from Calgary. This is the kind of customer service i’d like to see. Very helpful

today i was helped by a wonderful girl named Ayumi, she’s so so sweet and helped me with everything, i told her exactly what i needed and she gave me an entire showing of the store and where everything i was looking for was, she helped me pick a color and size i like and made sure i tried them on and liked it :) she does her job extremely professionally and is wonderful at finding anything you need! this girl deserves a raise, love her so much, wish more were like her! thank you Ayumi!! -girl from texas

I had a great experience picking up the original sweatpants. Honestly they’re the most comfortable ones I have owned. I enjoy the selection of colour. I didn’t get the name of the employee that day but the service was definitely 5 stars. Thank you so much.

Exceptional customer service! The sales team is ready and hungry to be assisting you for all your shopping needs. Came in looking for a sweater and got our sizes quickly and accurately. They took the time to ensure it’s exactly what we wanted and greeted us with a warm smile; practically felt like home. Amazing place to go to if you are new to Vancouver!

The usual root store experience, and good gift ideas for people who want to have the iconic animal on their clothes and Canada written all over :D
