Stratford has been amazing to deal with, my adjuster was quick to respond and got my claim dealt with in a timely manner. Would recommend to all my family and friends.

Have had great experiences with this agency, particularly in regard to customer service. They are quick to reply to emails and generally answer phone calls, and issues are resolved promptly. Benny that works at Sussex in the Grandview suoerstore is lovely and solved all my needs.

Dealing with a vehicle accident is never easy. After dealing with 3 different insurance companies for my claim, I can tell you Stratford was the easiest. From the initial phone calls to the payout, it was fairly smooth for a total loss. I appreciated how there is a main adjuster you deal with throughout the process but when you call in there are other adjusters available to help with minor questions/concerns/updates. Phone wait times were minimal. Payouts were fair and paid in a timely manor.

It's the first time I had to deal with comprehensive insurance and I was surprised by how smooth all was handled. There have been no issues at all. It was all handled within short time and I'm really happy I had signed up with Stratford for my comprehensive insurance

Very good experience dealing with Stratford for our optional car insurance. Had an accident and had no trouble getting through by phone to make a claim. Our adjuster Amy was pleasant and responded to all matters in a timely manner. I will definitely continue using Stratford for our optional car insurance and would highly recommend them.

First and foremost, I have to say that the amount of savings my wife and I made was exceptional! Between the two of us, we saved in and around $2500.00/Year by switching to Stratford with more coverage than what we're were getting with ICBC.

As for covering the incident on their end; I was just in an accident recently and when I had contacted Stratford about it, they were very clear about what is going to happen and how my issues would he resolved. They got me a loaner vehicle that day and paid it with no issues. After getting my vehicle inspected they got a hold of me and informed me right away that it was wrote off. I had looked online and was expecting to be offered a certain amount and Stratford offered me almost double my expectations and had the cheque to me exactly 2 weeks after my accident.

When I asked about replacing the two carseats in my vehicle, without hesitation, they gave me all the information I needed to provide them to have them replaced. I did have to pay for the new ones upfront, but as soon as I provided a receipt, they gave me the amount I paid for the original carseats back, sent via cheque to my address.

I would like to say that Travis was exceptional to work with in answering all my questions, resolving my issues and communicating what is happening with my case step by step!

When I got my new vehicle I made sure to get my insurance through Stratford again and not let them just file through ICBC at the dealership.

We filed our first ever claim for mold and water damage in the undercarriage and trunk of our car. Our case was made more complex when the alternator died around the same time (separate issue, not covered). Our claims adjuster Justin was amazing -- they walked us through each step of the process of a fairly complex claim, was very prompt in contacting me and answering questions, coordinated with our mechanic and the autobody shop and a car towing company, made arrangements that were flexible to our needs, and was empathetic to the difficulties we were having. We felt cared for and in good hands. The process was as painless as it could be given the complexity of the issues. The total work that was done amounted over $2000, which we paid only the deductible.

We later learned from the auto body shop that ICBC would not have covered water damage, and so I am extra glad we went with Stratford!

I own a luxury sports car and I was able to save $600.00 by switching to Stratford Underwriting Agency for my optional Insurance for my vehicle. I was absolutely blown away by how much of a difference it was compared to ICBC, I had to double check everything to make sure this wasn’t a mistake. Even after I paid I still couldn’t believe it.

I’m surprised brokers aren’t encouraging people to check to see if they can get significant savings by getting a quote from private insurance.

Unfortunately, we had to file a claim for some damage to our car, but the experience couldn't have been any better. I am so beyond grateful for Benny Tong with Stratford for going above and beyond and truly wanting to help and save me money . I have been a good driver for so many years and it seems every time I go to renew my car insurance the price kept going up which got to be very frustrating. It was easy to deal with the agent and he was very patient as I translated things back and forth from my mom. For an auto claim. Easy questions and process. I got an email same day listing the phone number of their preferred auto shop and it was close to my house and the shop I already dealt with before.

Rats got into my engine and chewed up the wires. It cost me over $1000 and a weeks rental car. I didnt think it was covered till I talked to them, but I had comprehensive insurance and they covered the whole thing. The claim was reviewed, processed and approved in less than an hour.

Benny from Sussex Insurance sold me optional insurance through Stratford. To my surprise, I saved close to $400 in comparision to ICBC and with better coverage. He reviewed to make sure that I got proper coverage as I use my my vehicle for my real estate business.

As a BC-based broker offering Stratford's third party auto coverage, I have provided my clients significant savings and additional coverage. Especially true with the Sprinter/Vanlife crowd. Highly recommend contacting a broker and reviewing a quote.
