Even if I didn't go with them in the end, they were not pushy at all on their sales pitch: the sales person was polite, answered all my questions, and was honest, which I value A LOT in salespersons! I did a submission online, and they were quick to return an answer afterwards.

Moving from Ontario to Quebec my insurance needs were more complicated than most. The quotes I received from all other Quebec insurers were much higher due to those companies not recognising my 20+ years insured "experience" in Ontario.
BGG rep Michaël Allard went above and beyond to find me an insurer (Economical) who would recognise my insured years in Ontario, and as a result my insurance rate is much cheaper than it would have been elsewhere and my policy includes many additional options other insurers charged a premium for.
High marks to Michaël for his excellent customer service, friendly and professional manner...put me at ease and took the stress out of shopping for insurance.
