Tandem Signature Spa

I have had several therapeutic massages from Francis and he is a caring professional. I told him about what was bothering me and he has always zoned in on exactly what was hurting me the most. I had a lot of muscle knots caused by stress and he made them melt away.

I went to this establishment for the first time because of a bad back, neck and shoulder injury I suddenly experienced. I was very nervous since I’m a shy person when it comes to my injuries. The receptionist who I spoke with over the phone was very kind and explained things very well. But what was even better was my massage therapist Francise. He was so kind and gentle in how he spoke to me. Not to mention, the massage he performed was rejuvenating. Every spot I was in pain was addressed including spots I didn’t even know I was in pain! I 100% recommend him to anyone who needs a strong massage to get those knots out.

I've visited Tandem for a variety of reasons and each time I leave extremely satisfied!! I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else - there's no reason to. I recently got a massage from Francis and it was the best massage I've ever received - I'll definitely be back more regularly! Highly recommend for anything from waxing to eyebrow threading to massages. They do it all and they do it so well.

I really enjoyed my experience at this spa. This was my first time going and I felt very welcome. I received a very polite greeting at the door from reception and my Swedish massage was fantastic! I like a firmer massage that leaves you feeling relaxed for hours and that is an exactly what I received. I will definitely be going here regularly for my massages. Francis is an excellent massage therapist and you can tell that he wants you to get the most out of your relaxation time. Prices are also quite reasonable 🙂
Another amazing massage today. This time given by Stéphane. He gives a very complete full body massage and is very willing to adjust his pressure to your liking. Seems very passionate and is happy to discuss problem areas and what might be causing tension. Would happily see him again and I highly recommend!

I went for a massage and back exfoliation.booking the appointment was easy and the woman I spoke to was friendly and did a follow up call with me to confirm. This was my first appointment and my very first sweedish massage and exfoliation. Francis did a fantastic job, I have always had deep tissue never sweedish but I came out if there feeling so relaxed and calm. I have a lot of tension in my body, and he was able to help me I will definitely be going back.

Not knowing what I was really getting into when inquiring about electrolysis, Jessica answered the phone and made me feel instantly comfortable and confident. I made the appointment and when I arrived was warmly welcomed and given all the information I could want. Jessica performed my electrolysis. She was incredibly friendly and professional. The spa is clean and private. The electrolysis has had great results and I’ve already been back for a 2nd round. I highly recommend Spa Tandem for electrolysis treatments and great service!!

I love this spa, I've been waxed, had a massage, and had a back treatment. The spa is very clean and the staff are amazing. Every time I go they are so sweet and down to earth. Happy to visit this spa any time I need some much needed me time.

I don't regularly get my nails gel coated and had one nail that was badly damaged .The repair was amazing,the staff were professional and the cost was very reasonable.
