This is the best car buying experience I have had. The staff Arlette Bériault, François Trottier, Lloyd Dubois McKay and Raymond Larouche were instrumental in assuring our complete satisfaction and then some. We were greeted with a very warm reception by Arlette, introduced to Francois for the introduction to the vehicles and features, closed the sale with Lloyd and opted for a 7 year/160K extended warranty, XPel protective coating and a rust prevention device then went through all of the features and vehicle setup upon delivery with Raymond. I have to admit, I really don't enjoy shopping for cars. However, I did my research and visited multiple car dealerships. One dealership, in particular, stood out to me: Mazda 2-20.

From the get-go, the salesperson was EXCEPTIONAL. She made the whole buying experience enjoyable. I ultimately decided to purchase the CX-50, and after only 24 hours of having it, I must say I'm incredibly impressed with everything about this car. It's an amazing ride.

I live in the neighbourhood but never got chance to do business with this dealership, until this summer they got me a decent car at fair price. Today I came in to have my car serviced and install the winter tires. Somehow one of the tire got damaged, it's hard to say when it happened or how it happened, but the sales manager, sales rep and the service advisor went above and beyond to address this problem. I am very happy with this dealership from sales to service! They will be my first stop for my next car for sure.

A top notch experience. They made me feel valued and important from the moment I first walked in. Excellent service. A nice added touch was that when I needed to have my car checked out for a couple of small things, the limousine service didn't have any drivers available so they were going to call a taxi for me to pick me up from home (A very kind offer which I ultimately refused, as I don't live too far from the dealer so I walked over). Would definitely recommend!

This is the place to go if you're looking for a new car. All promises kept, great service department that actually calls you when your car is ready. Overall a fun experience, ask for Arlette the sales professional. She will take good care of you.

Excellent experience with my sales person Alex St-Pierre. He went above and beyond to find me the perfect Cx-5. He added me to his personal call list and kept tabs on me throughout his search which made me feel like a valued client. I would also like to mention how easy it was to get approved for my finance, their team respected my boundaries and only offered the products I wanted to purchase with my cx-5, I have never felt more safe!

Sales staff are friendly, approachable and willing to help however they can.
