Have my primary baby registry and did the bulk of my major purchases with KidoBebe. Such a positive experience! Everyone in store is super knowledgeable and helpful. Great selection of cribs, strollers, accessories etc! Their home delivery service is impeccable. Wonderful team!! Prompt!

I ordered a car seat online and went to the store to pick it up. Unfortunately the product is final sale when it's open, but we were able to test the car seat that was displayed in the store in our car before we went home with the unopened box. Thank you for the customer service!

Great online purchase experience. Staff is responsive and helpful over email. Free and fast shipping. It took only a couple of days to get to Toronto. Well packaged too. Overall great online purchase experience. Only nitpick I have is shipping policy is slightly confusing, as it says "Delivery for furniture 4-6 weeks", but that's actually not the case. So I'd advise showing proper alert messages based on inventory availability.

The Nanit is a fantastic monitor. You can use wifi yo watch your baby from anywhere. The staff at Kido are so knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend this store to all Mommies and Daddies to be and Grandmas to be too.

Highly impressed with the customer service. We needed a high chair and after tons of research decided to order from Kido as they had a sale on and have great reviews on google. The order confirmation stated that furniture may take more than 4 weeks which was longer than we had hoped for. Contacted the company and they shipped it out for us promptly. It ended up taking only a week to get to us all the way on the west coast. Would definitely consider purchasing from them again.
