I saw the car I wanted, met with James in sales. Proposed a fair deal for both parties, and closed the sale within 45 minutes of walking in the dealership.
We observered some slight imperfections on the vehicle to which the James and the dealership addressed quickly, efficiently and professionally. We picked up and drove away in the vehicle 24 hours after walking into the dealership.

Took posession of my new Kona electric two weeks ago. Just love the car and all its features. My sales rep was Leon Gurlekian. I was very impressed with his approach, no pressure on his part. The best you could find. Very attentive to my needs and was very patient with all my e mails and calls since an electric car was something new to me and I had a few concerns. Fantastic customer service.
From the minute I walked in, you could tell that they took what they do seriously. The dealership was clean and tidy and the receptionist greeted my girlfriend and I with a smile. We were introduced to Leon and go underway finding me my 2019 Kona.
Everything was done quickly and efficiently with minimal hiccups. Later we sat down with Micheal in finance and worked everything out. There were a few little issues that arose but that were quickly taken care of by the team. Fadi is a very honest and respectable guy. After speaking with him for a few minutes I realized he wants nothing but the best for his clients but also that he demands nothing but the best from his sales staff. I was happy to see and be a part of making his staff be even more efficient.
I came to buy the Kona, but I'll stay for the service I was given. I felt like I was appreciated as the customer and will recommend Hyundai Gabriel West to anyone who asks me where they should buy their next Hyundai.
