I asked them to plan my Swiss trip for 6-7 days with my family. They have always been planning my trip and never been dissatisfied. They know exactly what I look for my trips. Parwinder planned my trip and he knew exactly how to accommodate so it's not an exhausting trip. The itinerary list provided was concise and illustrated exact step by step and day to day activities. There were days at leisure time which were really just for us to explore on our own and know about the cities and food. There were discrepancies with some transfers from airport but Parwinder was quick to accommodate and response to my queries regardless of the time difference between Switzerland and Canada. Great customer service, and easy communication, and I would totally book my next vacay soon from them again. Thanks a lot for all the memories that I was able to create with my parents and my mom was able see her dream destination. :)
