I participated in a workshop for women conducted by the professional and pleasant Orna Elizur. The workshop is designed to explain financial conduct in Canada, while giving examples and recommendations. Orna was patient and accessible to questions. The workshop was fascinating and I learned a lot of new knowledge from it. I came to the workshop following many recommendations about Orna as a professional. She is truly the best in her field. I & my wife worked with Orna for getting term plans. The experience with her has been great from Day 1. She has been very detailed, clear and quick with her responses and follow ups. She went over different types of insurances, how much coverage we should consider etc. taking our life situation into account. Even during the processing of our applications, she kept on sharing the status periodically - not even once did we feel abandoned or in the dark.
