OmG this place is magic.
My hubby had talked to me about the ruins a bunch of times but this was my first visit.
It took my breath away. Its beautiful and has rich history. It made me so happy to see how well cared for it is.
I will definitely be back

Amazing piece of history for the area. Meet a woman who went to this church as a little girl and helps upkeep the property, a lot of hard work has gone into restoring and preserving this ruin for years to come.

What a beautiful place. DYK you could book the place for an event such as a wedding! Very peaceful and picturesque.

Sightseeing tip: go visit LouLou Lavender farm nearby. A free visit and you can also pick your own lavender.

Beautifully preserved and stunning.
Surprise on a road trip would recommend! Look for the opening hours as the gates were locked when we got there.

Beautiful place to visit. Highly recommended. Reminds me of a castle or old fort ruins. Free to visit, but there is a donation box and well worth donating a few dollars to be able to enjoy such a beautiful example of architecture from long ago.

Nice place to visit and take pictures. Interesting to view the historical Church ruins. It wasn't as much a ruin as I thought. Very well kept and clean and the worker that was there was quite polite, informed and friendly. Worth a visit. It doesn't take long to see everything so don't really plan a day out of it but if you're in the area, definitely worth checking it out. Great place for amateur or professional photographers.

Truly a beautiful sight. Pictures do not do this place justice. The church is just majestic, surrounded by beautiful vistas. Just a breathtaking sight, especially when the sun is shining through the windows. So serene and peaceful. A very spiritual experience, even for those who don't believe. Very glad we checked this out.

Such a beautiful place. Despite being open to the sky, the place is quiet and you can hear the crickets in the wall. The history of the church enchanted our 4yr old. Its picturesque and made for a beautiful backdrop for photography. You dont have to pay to enter, but donations are welcome. We didnt see any washrooms.

A spectacular sight to behold - worth the brief detour if you're passing through just for the history, and the cathedral itself is amazing to behold. A unique piece of history!

They've done an exceptional job of restoring the walls and maintaining this former church. Great photo taking to be had. A friendly young lady was there to answer any questions we had.
