Nice place to live I would recommend it if you can afford it

I love their service. Prompt reaction, availability and flexibility of the team(thumbs up to Olivier).
I highly recommend this venue for your stay in Laval or Montréal.

For pet owners, this is a great building for your dogs. There are several large open fields for the dogs to run around and play with eachother, great for socializing.
The neighbours are kind and welcoming. Soundproof walls so you don't anyone next door or above. You can hear from the hallways but that's normal for any apartment.
Any maintenance I needed was address within a day, staff is very helpful. I personally have had a good experience living here.

Eliana has been an incredible help during the entire process. At the beginning, I had spoken with a few of her colleagues who never returned my calls which resulted in missing out on an available unit. Thanks to her communication, professionalism, and organization I was able to find another unit.

In addition I'd like to say thank you to the sensational cast and crew at DOMAINE BELLERIVE. You've all made the years that I've been here feel like a vacation. It's almost as if I were royalty by the way you've catered to me.

And then there was COVID-19. I couldn't think of a better place to be than DOMAINE BELLERIVE for the pandemic. I witnessed a great community spirit develop. The tenants were the heroes that kept everyone united in a common goal. But then there was the DOMAINE BELLERIVE staff and on site businesses such as the Bellerive Convenience Store and the Uniprix Pharmacy that were the super heroes. They put their lives at risk in order to provide the necessary service, support and safety to one and all.

I see a great future here with all the upgrades and modernization taking place. So if you're like me and you love and take care of your home along with the people and things in it, DOMAINE BELLERIVE is a beautiful place to live.
