Caravane 201

We were on our way from the GTA to Newfoundland when we had a wheel bearing failure on our tandem axle 35' travel trailer which also damaged our brakes. We contacted Caravane 201 to see if they had the parts available that we required. Their friendly staff went out of their way to source the parts that we needed. Thanks to them, we were on our way later that day and made the Ferry crossing to Newfoundland. Great customer service! Highly recommend stopping in and checking out their showroom and friendly staff.

As a new 5th wheel owner, my pick up needed to have the hitch secured in the bed. Met the owner who was very helpful and knowledgeable. After an evaluation, the best route was to get the Ram factory puck system. Chrysler had many weeks of delay due to supply chain issues. The service department especially Roger always kept us informed with the delays. also shout out to the tech who installed. It's now installed and we are very happy. They will now be our go-to shop for any maintenance for our 40 ft heartland torque toy hauler!

Excellent service mécanique, j’ai eu un problème électrique avec ma roulotte, il m’ont pris entre 2 clients et 2h plus tard problème réglé je reprenais la route, j’ai eu le temps de magasiner une nouvelle roulotte WOW merci à Francois et Maude pour leurs excellent service, de vrais professionnel ♥♥♥ je vous les conseilles fortement, merci la gang de Caravane 201.

On a acheté une fifhtweel qu'on a beaucoup aimé. Ils ont fait l'entretien et on a pas eu de problèmes. L'an dernier on a voulu la vendre. Tout à été fait rapidement. Caravane 201 m’a offert un service au-delà de mes attentes et j’en suis très reconnaissant. J’ai été accueilli et très bien servi du début jusqu’à la fin par toute l’équipe et plus particulièrement par Jean-Luc. J’avais acheté mon VR chez Vaillancourt à Valleyfield et ils se sont occupés de l’entretien pendant 6 ans. Après un éclatement de pneu qui a causé beaucoup de dommage, le gérant de service chez Vaillancourt m’a dit qu’il ne pouvait rien faire pour moi puisqu’il ne faisait plus affaire avec Jayco. J’ai su par après qu’un mauvais entretien de leur part était probablement la cause première de l’éclatement du pneu. Tout cela pour dire que mon cas n’était pas simple et que même si Caravan 201 ne faisait pas affaire avec Jayco non plus, ils ont réussi à tout remettre en ordre avec ingéniosité, après beaucoup de recherche pour des pièces compatibles. Aussi, les techniciens de Caravan 201 sont extrêmement compétents, comparer à ce que j’ai connu chez Vaillancourt.

Très bonne compagnie. Ils savent ce qu'ils font. Ils font plusieurs recherches pour trouver de ce qu'on a besoin. Du personnel compétant. Merci beaucoup! Je recommande grandement.
