Club Touriste

A wonderful dining experience! We started with Cesar salads and french fries, delicious. We couldn't stop...Our main course was grilled veal and grilled salmon - perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The rice, tomatoes and olives really complemented the salmon. We also had three desserts: key lime pie, carrot cake and chocolate cake. We tried to stop but ate most of that as well. Sarah our server was charming, funny and thoughtful. Her suggestions were spot on. The atmosphere was good for catching up with friends. We'll be back.

I really enjoyed this place. I was going to ask about the ingredients of the Burger Végé, because it was the only thing I recognized as definitely vegetarian at first. However, our family friend in the group asked, in French, if they had any vegan options (for reference, I can understand quite a bit of French, and I can speak just a bit conversationally). Our server pointed towards the Sauté au Poulet, which has a tofu option (I did not see this when initially browsing!). I said I'd absolutely have that. I'm sure glad our friend asked for me (merci beaucoup:)).

We had some wine while we waited, and the table enjoyed some appetizers over some nice partially French/English conversation, haha. The evening felt lighthearted and breezy; the group was in a good mood after seeing some sights earlier in the day.

Everyone received their food at the same time, and then the table was quiet. Our food was delicious. I was hoping the tofu in my dish would be fried, and it was. I wasn't expecting wheat noodles, but I enjoyed them nonetheless. The sauce in my dish was a minimally spicy General Tso - very yummy. My brother is not supposed to eat too much cheese, but he knew what he was getting into when he ordered the Gnocchi. As of the next morning, he still says it was worth it.

Overall, we had a very pleasant time, in the company of some great quality family and friends. Our server was polite, helpful, and knowledgeable, and our meals came out almost right as we remembered we'd ordered them in the first place (just on time:)). I am happy to have visited, and I'd love to come back again.

My bf and I went for Valentine's dinner to le Club Touriste and we were pleasantly surprised. Everything tasted amazing from the appetizers to the chocolate hazenult crème brûlée. Will definitely go back.

Just a fantastic place. Food is amazing and the staff is warm and welcoming. Prices are not that high given the quality (quantity is there too) of the food. Try Pete's poutine or the tartare de saumon. Even the venue is worth being seen. Definitely a place to go !!! We love it.

Great ambiance! I love the old house they modified! They have a large heated terrasse. And the food and service were great as well!

Service was excellent, food was perfect. we had our own little room for the 16 of us. I truly recommend going to le Club Touriste.

Update: 8/31/2022 - Food is not even close to as good as it was 4 years ago - heavily over-priced now. Good food, fair price, very nice building

Warm, welcoming and delicious food. The staff helped me with my selection from the menu with an excellent recommendation.

Wonderful old ancestral home and the garden is a great place for lunch in the summer. Staff is excellent and the food is spot on. What more could you ask for?
