Basilique-Cathédrale Sainte-Cécile de Valleyfield

Attended the Chrism Mass here on holy Tuesday and it was a beautiful mass. The archbishop (?) is so engaging n full of laughs; lively, singing along with d choir n swaying to their beautiful music. The mass dsnt feel like a routine, it feels like a community that is praying together naturally n in harmony.

Very beautiful and well maintained church in this small town. Free to enter, you can light up a candle 🕯 with contributions $

A beautiful Basilica filled to the brim for Sunday Mass with every age group. They are very inclusive with their parishioners.

It's heaven on earth, you are directly connected with the lord and especially the father is a top-of-the-line spiritual and religious guide.

Katedra piękna,szkoda,że tylko jedno wejście otwarte. Szok dla Polaka,że komunii świętej udzielają oprócz księdza ludzie "cywilni", w tym kobieta. Ministrant- bez komży. Nowoczesność zawitała do Kanady. W Polsce nie do pomyślenia. Mimo to piękne miejsce warte odwiedzenia. Z Panem Bogiem.

Grandiose! Lieu de recueillement exceptionnel. Dommages aux vitraux dû à un feu il y a qq années. Espérant que la cathédrale pourra briller à nouveau! À visiter.

Magnifique architecture !!! Wow !!! En plus, nous avons fait la visite guidée pour comprendre l'histoire de ce lieu. Sur place, un collection de plusieurs bibles. Vraiment incroyable à voir !

Très belle église surtout pour un mariage

Tres bel endroit, propre, accueuillant. Le curé est extremement sympathique et sait rendre les gens a l'aise. Pour etre honnete j'evite habituellement se genre d'evenement (en eglise) car je trouve cela ennuyant et honnetement je serais restee 1h de plus a l'ecouter!
