The ownership is consistent and knows their style. Great brand names and European style. You need to go elsewhere to get the products hemmed though.
And why they have a deal or discount it is real and really good. Buy quickly when they have a sale.

Love the quality and love their sale table in the front. How they survived being in Cavendish mall is a mystery to me but I am glad. Stay safe.

Chics cloths and excellent customer service

Pushy salesman (Ralph/Gino). Seems to be a great place because there are great discounts... until you look closer! Purchased a couple of shirts. Got home and discovered issues... they were seconds! Called the store and was told it was final sale! No refunds, exchange only if wrong fit.

If you are looking for over-priced discount Seconds this is the place to come. At $60 for a shirt he says retails for $140, but is actually $20 at a true discount outlet.

Stay away!

Be careful! While this store carries very nice clothing items, pricing is deceptive. Furthermore, store assistants take every opportunity to lead customers from affordable sale-priced items near the store entrance to substantially overpriced items further within the store. The assistants ignore the customer's requests and stated desires in favour of attempting to sell merchandise at more profitable price points.

Such a shame to deal with such arrogant ppl. I went to the mall saw some shirts wanted to purchase a specific size the owner Gino was very nervous and told me he doesnt have so i asked him nicely can u look in the back he attacked and said thats all i have then shows me colors i dont want. Anyway was going to get the 1 size i did want asked for a discount cause we use to buy there often and he went crazy on me open his mouth abt my family then criticized ppl at the mall. He should retire the guy has zero patience and zero respect towards his clientele. WILL NEVER WALK IN THAT STORE AGAIN.

Absolute Scam, cheap brand-less clothes are tagged hundreds of dollars and then tagged as 1/3 to 1/4 discounted sales price which is even much higher for what the brand-less clothes are. Much cheaper and better clothes are available in proper brand shops such as North Face, Zara, Nike Store, etc.

Angry, rude, pushy, disrespectful seller/owner, has 0 customers, no wonder he’s so angry lol, everything in the store is overpriced, very unpleasant buying experience, stay away from him and his store, that’s my best advice.

Ralph's is a place for the rich not for regular people the prices are ridiculous 🙏🏾☃👋☹
