I received a fast service with tips and suggestions for my project.
I was guided to select the best product for my need (ceiling hook to hang plant pots) and not the most expensive ones. The advice I received really helped me achieve my goal, much clearer to get told a step-by-step than looking over the internet.

The staff are kind, attentive and extremely knowledgeable. The other day I brought in a lamp of mine that was broken and they fixed it right there in under five minutes.

The neighbourhood hardware store... great for the little things you need to do around your house, including plumbing repairs and especially painting, staining, oiling, etc. Also has a selection of home decor.

Leaving this review for a specific employee who was working downstairs. I had a mold problem in my kitchen & bathroom and the employee was so incredibly nice. He gave me really good advice and I felt more confident in tackling the problem. He obviously wasn't in it for the money, he took the time to check so he could recommend me the best deal. It's been a while since any employee at any store has been so helpful.

The staffs are approachable and they actually entertain you when you need help. I bought pieces of wood and ask them to cut in specific dimensions. I would recommend the store and will shop there in the future.

I love coming to this store because I'm always amazed at the quality of service I get and by the diversity of products and services they offer. It's better than a big box hardware store. It's great advantage is it's in the neighborhood and it has free parking!

A surprisingly big 3 floor (basement, main, and upper level) RONA in the heart of Cote de Neige, close to the metro, and UdeM. Staff were quick to greet and help me in French and English. It was a quick destination shopping trip, but I'll be back since it's close to home and well-stocked and well-staffed.

Best place to have keys made. I have never had to return because of a key made that didnt work while I'm have had to return keys made at Canadian. Staff members very helpful and knowledgable.

Got great help finding what I needed for my DIY projects even if I wasn't the best at describing what I wanted. Even if it has a tiny facade it's quite big on the inside.

Since Home Hardware took over Rona, this is my favourite store. The owner is out there on the floors to help you out.
