Excellent to deal with. We go to the store at Place Vertu in Ville St. Laurent. The quality of their jewellery products are very good. They can also custom make, modify, or fit what you need or buy. My wife and I had a number of items resized, made, and customized. I myself bought a number of watches from them. The service was very good.

They have a very skilled jeweller on staff. He does excellent work. He can resize, and or repair, rings, bracelets, earrings, chains, and etc. He is also knowledgeable about watches. If you lose any stones, or diamonds from your ring or need re-mounting of the stones or diamonds he can do this type of work.

My wife accidentally damaged a ring a number of times and some diamonds got knocked out and lost. They were able to repair the ring, obtain replacement diamonds, and re-mount them back in to the ring for us. When we got back the ring it looked like new again! She also had them make customized gold earrings and rings using specific types of stones she wanted.

This was the first time I was visiting Ricci for gifts. Mary was so helpful and made sure my requirements for attractive and price point for jewelry were met. With huge sales discounts, one can buy some beautiful pieces. A great place to buy your loved ones jewelry and trinkets!
