When shopping for jewelry, it’s often a terrifying experience. You never know if the price is right, if they are telling you the truth etc.

Jano, a salesman was honest with every piece of jewelry and explained every detail not sparing lesser priced. Never felt any pressure.

The following day, the ring was polished, sized to perfection and the owner proudly came to deliver the ring along with his salesman. I was treated like gold, first class. The owner looked at my personal ring and asked to see it, he went to the back and came out a few minutes later. He polished and straightened it and give it back to me. All this at no charge.

I highly recommend this jewelry store, you’ll get true facts and great service.

Avoid this place. Scammers and not professional even the owner. After paid 485$ for a pair of earrings for my wife they refused to give me any documents from what I got. They tried to give me just my receipt from my bank and after asked for any official document from the store they went so rude and wrote on the ticket 10k with pen ink as a joke!. After seeing this suspicious I meticulously watched the earrings and those were used AF. I asked for my money back and the owner insulted me In front of everybody “ you are a head breaker” “ this guy thinks he’s getting a property”. What a shame you getting this reputation trying to to scam people that way. Avoid this place if you want to be safe! .

I bought a golden ring with small zircon on it and possession of it end January. The ring lost 2 zircon within 2 weeks. I brought the ring back for repair as there is a 3 months warranty. The fact zircon felt was not identicated as being normal.

Got the ring back and within 3 weeks it lost 2 more small zircon and a bigger one. I brought the ring back and complaint on the quality versus the price of the ring. I am still within the 3 months since we initially took the ring and fore sure since the first repair.

My issue is the quality if the ring. I had to pay to get it fixed. This is unacceptable.

The repair did cost much. Twice I had to get back to have it repaired. I received no emphaty from the clerk.

I do not recommend this store to anyone. Additionnally they have damaged another ring that became too small for wife on my first visit. I did not complaint much about it and I regret it now.

Very worst experience from here....the same is as people commented...they do not know how to deal with customers...we bought a chain and just wanted to change the design..they were saying no ..no..noo....it does not make sense....it will fail one day....I will not recommend this to others.
