Had Tibbetts over this morning to fix a light switch and install some thermostats. Discovered a water leak which had made its way through the house. The two Tibbetts employees went out of their way to try to find the source—and eventually found it in an unlikely place under a heat pump header (plugged drain). We might never have discovered the source. These two guys went out of their way and went the extra mile to help us. Can't thank them enough. They saved us money and grief. They should be given some sort of medal. Our sincere thanks!

We very much enjoyed working with Tibbetts on our kitchen project. We really appreciated having someone answer the phone right away whenever we called and having someone respond promptly to any of our concerns. We appreciated the crew giving us a call to tell us about the timing of their visits and we found the crew to be friendly and very thorough and efficient. Overall, a very positive experience.

We were just starting a home project with the installation of an electric fireplace needing it's own power source, outlets for electronic devices, plus additional outlets in the master bedroom.
Due to unexpected circumstances, our planned electrical support was unavailable, and we needed help!
We called Tibbetts, and within a few hours David arrived to look at the job. He was excellent, very detailed as to how the job could be done, and provided additional information related to the project. He committed to do the job in two days time. Sure enough, two electricians arrived and they reviewed every detail of the job with us before they started and were clear on what we needed. They were so friendly and professional, an absolute pleasure to have in our home. They also ensured we were satisfied with the work they completed.
They worked very well together, were efficient, and extremely careful to manage the dust and dirt (considering one guy had to climb through the attic, full of blown insulation), and when finished they even cleaned up!
We are extremely satisfied with the work and price, and are very appreciative for their help!

My experience with Tibbetts with some light but complicated electrical repair was fantastic. The cost was completely reasonable, and the worker who came was clean, kind, communicative--in short, the kind of repair person you always hope will arrive but rarely does. I'll never hesitate to return to them ... just a great job done all around.

Tim and Mackenzie, were pleasant, professional, and went out of their way to make sure that all of the wiring in our attic was correct and up to code, they had to come back a second time because the insulation company was behind a day. I used Tibbett's electrical for the install of bathroom ventilation, and lighting.

I had seen their work van around pretty often when I was driving and had always considered them more for bigger jobs and contracts. I needed this electrical work done and the the original electrician that the contractor had booked was not able to come.
This was going to hold up the work.
I called Tibbett's they were able to send two of their team over the next morning. They came assessed what I needed- they had everything they needed in their truck!

They even made a few suggestions to make the outcome better- things I had never thought of-- I was so happy to have their experienced eye to look at my project.
Their job was into two parts- they had to arrange to come back after the contractor had done more on his end-- and when I called again to tell them we were ready- they came promptly and were in and out with out any fuss.

I was so impressed. As a single woman, dealing with Trades is honestly a bit intimidating. With Tibbett's I felt really taken care of! I felt they knew exactly what to do and I saw how they took care in the details. They cared that it not only worked well, but that it also looked good too.

I have always been extremely pleased with Tibbetts Electrical's work. They have helped me out when I needed immedite service and are great on maintenance calls as well. Their staff are very professional and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend!

I wish I could give this company a zero. We reached out to them in September and one of their electricians came by at the start of October, looked at the job we needed done which was wiring a building. We were promised it would be done by the end of October so we arranged for contractors to prepare the building and for other contractors to stand by at the start of November for final finishing. October came and went with no sign of anyone from Tibbetts. After several phone calls, we spoke with the electrician who promised to come soon. Three more weeks went by and after several more phone calls, The electrician finally called us back and told us they wouldn't help us. I have owned a medium sized company for 35 years now and have never treated any customer with such disregard. Not only have we been completely inconvenienced but so has the contractors that we hired. To leave us hanging for 7 weeks is awful. Unbelievably bad service. Think twice before calling them.
