ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING SERVICE ! Here it is, Christmas day! No heat.. no hot water.. and not sure what to do. . Called around and Ron Martin's heating was the only one to take a call ! Fantastic service with phenomenal response time!
Ron and his staff arrived at my door within 45 minutes of my call. They ended up spending most of the day changing out our pressure tank, 100' of waterline and a failed pump from my well in -10 weather.
They were able to remedy our issue and get our water flowing again.

We were looking to buy a new sink and faucet but Ron saved us from buying a sink by cleaning the sink with a special cleaner which took out all the scratches so thanks to him we just needed the faucet.great job Ron

Good response and problem solving but no way to contact them online when I need help. No phone

They had a team of 2, a few houses down on the street, they were fast on site. The diagnostic was erroneous and the team lacked an open mind to solve the solution. They still sent me a bill for that.

Didn't end up hiring this company, but the way they handled us calling to let them know we were going with another company was the most unprofessional experience my wife and I have ever encountered.

We had the decency to call and cancel before they came out for work. We only called them in the first place because our regular guy was unavailable (which they knew).

Instead of thanking us for considering them, the employee that was out to our house cynically said what our regular plumber said we should do probably won't work. He also said "good luck" in a sarcastic tone.

Very petty and unprofessional. We had an issue with our toilet years ago to which the owner of the plumbing company just rushed through and actually didn't fix the problem.

I would never hire them nor recommend.

Hired this company to fish a drain as they have the longest fish in the area. They failed to solve the issue and only mildly lessened it, and incorrectly disconnected a toilet later deciding not to reinstall it. Despite the entire debaucle they still charged me alm not solving the issue and creating a new one it still cost me 300 dollars. (A price not previously discussed.)

In fact, after claiming the job hadn't been completed and asking for them to come back and do it correctly they sent a collection notice on the original balance. This is a highly shady tactic normally only employed by shake - down artists.

The other reviews are not fake, steer clear of these guys if you actually want decent work done.

I was given 2 different stories about having our sewer pipe rotored. 1 was no they couldn't do it and a call that said yes. But still never received a quote. Never received that call.

They useless, they don’t know what they are doing, when you call them they make things worse.
