Nous avons été locataires dans différents locaux commerciaux au 991 Richelieu à Beloeil pendant une dizaine d'années. Nous avons toujours eu une relation cordiale avec la direction. Les lieux était toujours bien entretenus.

I am constantly dissapointed by the lack of heart, compassion and understanding from the people who work there. Especially during Covid19. They try make you feel like you are beneath them. Yet I pay the rent, hense i pay a part of their salary. I am a client and should be treated like a human. Only reason i gave 2 stars is because its some of the cheapest places around. Expect it to be VERY low maintenance. The "supervisor" hasnt stepped foot on the proprety in over 10 years despite there being many issues that could use an "in-person" manager for the building.

Mon expérience avec eux assez mauvais. J’ai voulu louer un logement dans leurs bloc à Greenfield Park. J’ai fais ma demande d’enquête de crédit. Puis je me suis dit ça vas bien allé j’ai déjà habité la . Il y a environ 9 ans . Mais quelle déception, j’ai pas eux de retour pour me dire si il me prenais ou non . Je trouve ça très peux professionnel de leurs part .
