Crazy experience, totally unexpected. I hate going to dealers since we all know we feel we will get screwed over. Well NOT this dealer. Met a fantastic sales rep Annie Guillemette. Honest, hard working, and to the point. I had 1 visit, on the second visit I closed the deal. Bought the Tucson 2017 2.0 AWD. Bye Bye Honda, Helloooo HYUNDAI!! I am not the type of person to write reviews but I was so impressed with this dealership I had to do something. The whole staff at Albi Mascouche were very professional and courteous. If your in the market for a car You must go see this dealership and most of all go see Annie Guilemette. She will definitely take care of you !!

Great experience leasing a Santa Fe this month! Marc Paquette and his team made the transaction fast, to the point, full of smiles, and painless. They really are an excellent team; they work together, quickly and efficiently, and they go above and beyond, making sure that I was satisfied and that my kids even had their perks in the transaction. I bought my SUV from Annie Guillemette. She was a lovely sales representative and very motivated which is nice to see someone finishing the job from start to finish. She recommended things that i didnt think of before buying the car so it was beneficial for me to have someone interested in my needs rather than just trying to sell me products and added extras when i didnt need everything.

I have to say i never had someone take care of me the way Annie Guillette did!!! I went to over 14 dealerships and was hoping to buy a car that would allow me to represent my firm with clients and still have a car that would perform at a high level for me as a family man. Each time i went to another dealership, they wanted to tell me what it was I needed instead of listening to what my concerns were.

Annie Guillette professionalism started off with a welcoming smile, open hand shake and a simple question.... whats your name and how can i serve you today. As simple as that was... she was the only one that was able to listen first and address my concerns. In my profession the ability to understand peoples needs is a skill and she 100% is a master at that! I could not believe she was only a sales agent!! Annie can easily be running her very own dealership at a standard that customers like myself would run too just to feel what she made me feel....IMPORTANT!!! I take my career very seriously and when i see someone else who holds a standard of excellence as high as i do, it only makes my want to maintain the relationship with that individual. Hyundai you are very lucky to have Annie as a part of your team, but you are selling yourself short if she not training others to be as GREAT as she is. Thank you again Annie you gave me an experience i will always remember.

Great experience buying my first car! I live in the west island and ended up at Albi mascouche because my best friend was shopping around for a car at the same time. I had gotten a bad feeling when I went to the dealers near me but it was a completely different experience at albi. Marc Paquette was amazing, he was able to answer all of my questions (in english too since my french isn't that great). He was able to give me a deal I was very happy with that included everything I needed in a car and more. I couldn't be happier!
