Phillipe at physioactif is amazing. Had few sessions with him for back pain and he really is very nice. With exercises he showed, it not only helped me get rid of pain but also improved my posture. Would definitely recommend him.

I have arthritis in my knee. At the end of my workday I was limping and it felt like my knee weighed 100lbs. My doctor gave me a prescription for injections and suggested physiotherapy before resorting to surgery.

Before scheduling an injection I went to see Hayley at Physio Actif. I was evaluated and asked what I wanted to accomplish with the treatment. Every visit saw an improvement. I was given exercises to perform at home with increasing details. Every visit Hayley evaluated my progress, and manipulated my knee to improve my flexibility.

As I improved and my discomfort essentially disappeared we changed the goals. I rarely have pain. I don't have to physically lift my knee to get into the car at the end of my day.

I haven't had any injections and rarely have any pain. My flexibility is much improved.

Hayley was/is available via email at any time. She checked up on me between appointments. As the period between appointments got longer I was able to call for advice or information.

My husband is also a client of Hayley's. Whenever he has a new ache he calls or texts her. She sometimes schedules an appointment. Other times she will send him a link for an exercise targeting the area.

And the receptionist (Annick) is great too. I would recommend Physio Actif to my friends.

I have been a part of PhysioActif for years after a really bad accident (since 08). The teams taught me how to walk again. But in the last year, I have been seeing Philippe, Manon, and Melissa at the Valleyfield clinic and they are truly amazing.

Philippe has a gentle but effective touch and he really cares about his patients. He knows his stuff and actively seeks to try new ways of treating you to ensure its effective. I wouldn't trade him for the world. You truly are a star!!

I've had nothing but great experiences with Physioactif Vaudreuil! Hayley has helped me post op regain strength and mobility and she's always available for questions. She very detailed in her explanations and the reason for each exercise. The front desk is also always on point too, quick to help re-schedule or answer your questions as needed. I've been seen for 3 separate issues over the course of the years and each time I've been satisfied with the results.

Physioactif Vaudreuil brought me back to 100%. Late last year I had a vertebrae compression in my lower back that severely limited my mobility and caused extreme pain. As a yoga instructor in my late 50s, I was motivated to get back to health. Philippe, one of the physiotherapists at the clinic, worked tirelessly with me. He is knowledgeable, professional, explains things clearly, and listened and addressed my concerns. All the manipulations done in office and the exercises he prescribed worked wonders and I could see improvements between visits with him. With his advice, I continued to teach yoga and am now back to where I was before. Philippe is awesome and the staff is warm, welcoming and understanding. I would highly recommend him and the staff to anyone needing physio!

My therapist Hayley was great at adapting my exercises to my busy daily life. She is friendly, attentive and wants you to heal as fast as you do. The staff at the clinic was also fabulous and friendly. They are client-attentive and are always willing to work with your schedule.

First time doing physio and I strongly recommend Philippe to you all. Philippe is patient, helpful and he is a very good listener. He helped me through my process with his recommendations and exercises. He made sure the exercises were simple and that I was doing them the right way. He explained where my pain was coming from and made sure we address my emotional stresses that may impact my back pain. My back pain feels much better. I was very satisfied with my experience overall. Front desk staffs were sweet and professional. Thank you for everything.

I had a great experience working with the team at Physioactif. They are all so nice and welcoming at reception, able to change appointments times when something urgent comes up. Physiotherapist Marc-Andre was awesome, he worked with me on my chronic back pain that acted up restricting my mobility and movements. Now I’m back to doing sports and working out. He is very available by email for any questions. I will defiantly consult here again if needed!

I had a good experience with this clinic and specifically Emile who helped me to heal an old chronic pain i was suffering from in shoulder/neck and regain my strength.
They are a team of professionals that uses a wide range of well prepared exercises that you can follow easily on YouTube at home.

I highly recommend Élyse as a physiotherapist. I saw her for a recurring issue I was having with my shoulder. She quickly identified the cause of the problem and was able to provide exercises and other therapies that have substantially improved my condition. The clinic itself is very nice, with friendly helpful staff. I am very glad I chose it.
