Great service department very friendly staff and a comfortable sitting area if you want to wait. I Recently had my mavrick serviced at Ford Ile-perrot and I was very pleased with the service. Paul was also very helpful. I am Happy I purchased my Mavrick at Ford ile Perrot.

Unfortunately, our experience with this dealership is awful. We changed tires at this dealership last October. A few days later, we realized that the rotation of the tires wasn't correct. We decided to give this service a 2nd chance and booked our appointment to, - once again - change our tires. This time, my husband dropped off the car at 9am. We were promised that the work would be done before 2pm of the same day. Since he has to go to work, we came to the service at 1pm and - guess what! - the car was parked at the same spot it was left in the morning, untouched. Overall, we had a bad experience 2 times out of 2 with this dealership. The customer service is to be desired. Won't be coming back.
