Super satisfied, not the first time using them and what a great work every-time. Quoted a job for 500$ over the phone but then within 30 minutes my problem was solved. Workers are very friendly! Would recommend!

Amazing company. I called them at 08:15 and they said they were very busy for the day and I explained how urgent is my situation as the water is overflowing from the main drainage pipe which links to the city & Mr. Maxime said that he will try to find someone for me asap and within the next 15 minutes he called me back and said that there is a plumber on his way to my place.
The plumber was polite and he knew very well what he was doing.

I am am so impressed with the service I received from this company today. Their employee plumber Roch was pleasant, professional and skilled. He quickly diagnosed my problem and fixed it in record time. The price was very reasonable and they were very responsive to my needs. A great company Merci!

Super happy with the service. I've used them before but yesterday I had a big job, new sink toilet and shower setup. Reasonably priced, polite and made sure everything was clean and functioning before they left.

I've had them over on two occasions: to replace a jammed macerator pump; to replace two old sump pumps. They use quality pumps that will last decades, and the work is fast, friendly, and well done.

Fantastic service at a great price. Luc came to the house and he did an excellent job while being very professional and explaining all the steps. Also, he showed me all the piping through a special camera. Thank you!

Merci à Charles et Plomberie Richard et Fils inc pour avoir effectué le remplacement d'une vieille valve qui coulait, et ce, la journée même de l'appel. Charles a été efficace, sympathique et respectueux lors de l'appel de service.

À noter qu'ils ont un tarif minimal d'une heure de travail + déplacement. Donc si la réparation prend 30 minutes, 1 heure est chargée sur la facture. Pour avoir engagé 3 compagnies de plomberie dans les 2 dernières années, cela semble être la norme de l'industrie.

Je fais affaire régulièrement avec Plomberie Richard et fils , je n'ai jamais été déçu. Un service rapide et courtois, des prix raisonnables. Merci à toute votre équipe.
