If you ever need any help ask for Jacques. He is a very helpful, patient and kind man. He’s dedicated to his work and was extremely amazing with me.

The yong boys were so qualified for their job! They know their stuff, and very professional. I am so surprised. Probably this is the best rona in montreal area.

We got our vanity here, and we absolutely love it! As clearly demonstrated in the website as we saw it in person. The guy who works there is very helpful, he helped us creating the account, and our contractor came and pick up the vanity with the receipt a week after. Everything went smoothly and we were very delighted with the customer service.

My first visit to this store and spoke to 3 employees. All of them were very helpful and all had a beautiful smile. Same with the cashier. This made my day. Will definitely go back.

Excellent staff always there to help you. The man in the paint department knows his stuff, and the lady that waters plants is very personable.

I don't believe the bad employee's reviews. The staff is super knowledgeable, courteous and bilingual, and after 5 years of buying here (or ever since they moved, whenever that was) you still see the same faces. You don't get such good employees with low turnover unless you have great management. Prices are fair, selection is good, service is excellent. The fifth star is for doing your best to either speak in my language ir help me learn the words in yours, so we both grow. I have no difficulty with Patrick Morin next door but this Rona has the best service of all the surrounding hardware stores.

Stopped by yesterday but the lineup was long. Went just past opening today and only had to wait a few minutes. Their set up is good. Store not too crowded. Other customers mindful. Staff helpful and friendly. Long line when I left.

I had a complex issue with my water heater, needed some adaptors and valve connections.
A young man by the name of Giuseppe helped me to a great extent,very helpful,knowledgeable and polite.
I am happy with Rona's (Pincourt) employees.

I did go. To get dirt and. A trap for those japanese beatle. They have it all ro gardening fountain. To. All your gardenings. Needs. They have all for bbq. And a few. Smoker. They sell. Lumber and construction. Stuff all from. Stone to singles. To electrical also. My experiance is. They are verry helpfull in all your needs. And they can also deliver. I. Realey. Love that place.

This location has implemented and is enforcing the extremely controversial v-pass QR scanning at their entrance. This service was once deemed “essential” which is of course no more.

They have kept the friendly neighbourhood feel since the move and expansion. The staff there go the extra mile and will take the time to explain things to me and talk through my various projects.

This has to be the best Rona I’ve been to in a long time. I’m used to the understaffed, student run Rona’s but not this one. The staff at the counter are knowledgeable, super helpful and bilingual. I’ll definitely be doing my shopping at this store from now on.

Great place ! Great service ! Red head in paint good looking and knows her stuff ! The guy with the beard in paint is also amazing and keeps that dept alive .

I bought 90 bags of hardwood premium pellets , made in Quebec for 5.49 per bag it’s the best price compared to Patrick Morin who are gouging the prices this year. Hope this will help making ends meet .
