Excellent service all around. Prices are standard but good work done in a timely fashion.

Been taking our cars here for a few years.
They have always been up front and honest about work that needs to be done and work that will need to be done.
Took our car for a break and tire change last week.
Called the next day with concerns. They looked at the car again today and were patient and understanding. Took the tine to explain everything to my husband.

First and foremost these guys do a great job and both times I have gone into their shop it was not planned and last minute. I forgot to get the Gentleman's name at counter but he helped set me up both times and was easy to speak with. Yesterday's visit was last minute and in the middle of tire change season and they still got me in and out in less than 4 hrs. Amazing.

The workers are efficient, friendly and the services well priced for what they provide the customers they serve. For me, they're down the street and damn reliable in both visits so these guys have my business. They should have yours too.

If you're looking for a garage, go into here as the team is great and you should leave like I did, smiling and worry free about the car.

Extremely happy and very satisfied with Uni-Pro. I had a flat tire in a snow storm. My tires are those that are hard to find. I found uni-pro by goggle search, and made a call. Never knew they could service my car so fast. Got an appointment the next day, got new tires, and other minor services done. I love this auto mechanic. He always talks to me even when I was with mon chum which I find very respectful since it's is my car. The repairs they make are always correct and have never had to go back to address the same problem. They let me know about issues even if I didn't go in for that problem. They always call, show you the issues, and get repaired as quickly as possible. Did one job urgently when I was leaving to go to NS and came in under estimate! ♥

There was a screw in my car's tire in the first snowy day. They accept to remove it and check it while no other garage in the area did for free.

Installed new tires on my sprinter 2500. Got the best price and service on the market. Will come back for sure.

They Did it Again!
Excellent service de Patrick et son équipe encore une fois.
Arrivé chez Uni-Pro sans rendez-vous, avec ma Volvo sur la remorque de CAA suite à une crevaison et pas de pneu de rechange, Patrick a réparé et m’a remis sur la route en une heure.
La bombonne de liquide blanc et pompe fournie avec la Volvo est très désagréable à utiliser. Je vais éviter ce système à l’avenir, si possible dans mes prochaines voitures et plutôt appeler CAA.

L’équipe du Spécialiste m’a fait éviter un accident.
J’ai été surpris de voir le pneu arrière droit à plat un matin. Fait étrange car j’avais vérifié et la pression était normale 2 jours avant sur mes pneus Michelin avec 15,000km d’usure. J’ai gonflé ce pneu et il a perdu 8 lbs en 12 heures. Je devais rouler plusieurs heures dans quelques jours alors je suis allé au garage. Ils ont découvert que j’avais dû rouler sur ce pneu à plat sans le savoir et que le pneu était rongé de l’intérieur. Sans Le Spécialiste, j’aurais été tenté de prendre la route et gonfler le pneu à l’occasion. Un ‘Blow-Out’ aurait pu me faire perdre le contrôle et causer beaucoup de dommages. Je vais retourner les voir pour l’entretien de ma voiture et je les recommande à tous.

Moi je m'y connais aucunement en auto et en mécanique, mais je peux confirmer que même avec mon désavantage dans le dommaine, c'est le seul garage où je ne sens jamais qu'on prends avantage de moi.

Ça fait deux autos que je leur emmène, ils me trouvent toujours un rendez-vous dans mes disponibilités et besoins, ils sont toujours courtois, m'expliquent tout dans un langage que je peux comprendre et leurs prix sont exceptionnels.

Bravo a l'équipe et toujours mieux que d'aller chez le concessionnaire.
