We had our roof done in August 2022, and we are incredibly pleased with the work, professionalism, and qaulity The team of roofers were in at 7am and finished by 4pm. The energy savings are out significant since having this done. Would highly recommend them. We waited a year to review to see for ourselves the difference it made, and the new roof made a massive difference in all 4 seasons. Current steady temps and no need to start heating system early. Excellent company to work with! I purchased a home with an existing warranty; after experiencing a minor leaking issue, Mr. Vincent showed up at my place and repaired the issue right away. He was able to come by the day after I called, fixed the issue and answered all my questions.

I have a triplex in Lachine with a flat roof and I’m so happy I trusted Vincent Roofing to replace the entire roof! They are a well known, established and trusted company in Lachine. I constantly see their truck around Lachine working on roofs. Myself I got the referral from a friend on 6th Avenue who got her roof done as well.

Their prices are very reasonable and Valerie (the VP) came to my house multiple times for the estimate and contract to ensure we were comfortable with all items being done and the price. I’ve gotten estimates from 7 companies, and this one was by far the one that I felt most confident with. She recommended we get a tar&Gravel roof, which was great advice. My husband’s dad is a contractor and confirmed that elastomer would have been a terrible idea. Vincent Roofing is one of the few companies left that still do tar&Gravel which is cheaper and more durable!

The company kept close in touch with me until the raining stopped and we could do my roof. They were able to do 99% of the work on the same day. They were absolute professionals, bringing my husband on the roof 5+ times to show him the progress and any issues we had that needed to be fixed. The guys working on my roof were very friendly and clearly very experienced. The final result was beautiful, durable, clean white gravel with black metal.

Overall I am very satisfied with the service from beg to end. You rarely see family owned businesses that care about their clients and community anymore, so it was really nice to have found this business. I’m a very picky person, and I can say with confidence I would highly recommend this business to my friends and family.

Toiture Vincent a refait notre toiture il y a plus de 20 ans. Nous n'avons eu aucun problème. Ils viennent de le refaire et le service est toujours aussi bon. Bravo à Toiture Vincent!

Claude le propriétaire est un gars super sympathique, mais l’important est la qualité du travail et le service après vente!!! Bien j’ai fait faire ma toiture il y a plus de 15 ans et il est venu évaluer le travail à quelques reprises depuis pour me dire que tous est beau pour plusieurs années encore! Merci Claude !!
