Two years ago, I came to Canada from Ukraine, with my kids and without my husband. I was in a big stress because I did not know anybody here: new place, new people. My first question was where will I live with my kids and my mom, as this is a new country for me and I don’t know anyone to help me find an apartment for me and my kids.

One day, walking on the street with my mom I saw Multilogements Chez Toit. I remember that day, my mom told me to just go in and explain my situation, they could possibly help me. Yes, these people helped me a lot! Julie and Rosalie listened to me and understood my situation .They took the time to find an apartment, organize it, work on it and fit it into their already crazy schedule. All this required a lot of efforts and time, for someone, just a stranger, whom they have not met before and did not expect that one day someone would come into their office and make them change their already full schedule. But despite all this, these people recognized me in my situation and helped me step by step! It took 3-4 days to find an apartment. 100% professional and fast, organization and work!

Mme Julie gave me a chance and provided an apartment for free for 4 months. I remember her words like if it were yesterday: “we will not leave you, you need time, everything will be fine”. After 4 months, which was enough time to make some savings and pay for the rent, Mme Julie found a place that corresponds to my financial situation and I now rent an apartment.

I am really grateful for their help and the trust that Mme Julie put in me, without knowing my background. For her I was just a stranger from another country, coming in her office one day…

I lived in an apartment building managed by Multilogements Chez Toit for many years. From my experience, I sincerely appreciated the management’s communication and consideration of its tenants. Living a conflict-free life in any community is almost impossible, but I think what matters most is how someone navigates the terrain of conflict. Julie is great, and I am thankful for her understanding, wisdom and patience in managing Multilogements Chez Toit's business and the community life of my apartment. Well done!
Also, Sam (whom I call ‘boss’) and his workers are wonderful guys. When there is any need for renovations or little fixes, I find them respectful and professional in what they do—well done, boys!
My family was happy in our apartment and satisfied during our time with this management. The owners are good people! I hope your experience is like mine or even better.

Je suis extrêmement impressionnée par l'équipe de gestion immobilière. Ils sont extrêmement professionnels, attentionnés et répondent très rapidement à mes besoins. Par exemple, je peux envoyer un e-mail le matin au sujet d'un problème mineur dans l'appartement, et il sera résolu d'ici la fin de la journée. Le service fourni par cette entreprise est impeccable. Je prévois de continuer à vivre dans leurs appartements pendant de nombreuses années!!!

Je suis enchantée de mon expérience, de la première rencontre avec William jusqu’à la signature du bail avec Rosalie. Le personnel est accueillant, bienveillant et à l’écoute. Ils ont vraiment pris le temps de répondre à toutes mes questions.

Nous quittons notre logement car nous avons trouvé une maison. Après 3 ans avec MLCT, nous avons été très satisfait de notre 4 1/2 et du service. Les retours de courriels sont plutôt rapide et ils remédie a nos problèmes rapidement. Globalement nous les recommandons :)

Leurs compagnies grossit et le service est toujours rapide, tant pour les demandes de service que pour les plaintes au besoin.

Ils prennent à coeur l'état de leurs immeubles, en rénovant et augmentant au minimum de selon ce que la loi leurs permet.

WoW ! C’est le mot qui décrit le mieux l’équipe de Multilogements chez toit. Ils sont engagés à rendre heureux leurs locataires. Mais avant d’être des propriétaires, ce sont des humains chaleureux et honnêtes. J’y ai passé mes plus belles années de locataire. J'ai habité 2 ans dans cet immeuble. Gestion impeccable, très bonne communication avec les locataires, immeuble et appartements très bien entretenus. Logement spacieux et très bien aménagé.

Personnel dynamique et agréable

Nous sommes locataires de chez MultiLogements Chez Toit et nous aimons vraiment où nous sommes. Tout a été rénové chez nous avant qu’on y emménage il y a déjà presque 2 ans et on aime vraiment notre appartement, très confortable et conviviable. Ils ont fait beaucoup de travaux pour rendre notre bloc d’appartements attrayants et propres. :)

ONLY GOOD TO TAKE YOUR RENT MONEY!!
They make you sign a contract but no one in the building respects it (dogs when youre not allowed, loud noise at all hours, smoking weed and cigarettes inside and owners dont care) and they don’t help you if you have issues and give you the run around to get answers. They dont answer their phones and will only communicate by email (unless its to take your money, then you bet they answer) even if you ask to be called, they will ignore you. Worst customer service ive ever seen

They fooled me, I thought they were professional and would respect their tenants but they only care about the money so watch out!!
